Nice large, clean lobby. The cashier was extremely friendly. Lukewarm fries, hushpuppies a bit gummy, so not cooked fully. Okra is very hot. I will ask for extra crispy next time. Chicken breast didn't cover the entire bread but warm and tasty. Self-service drinks need to have unsweetened tea because the sweet tea is way too sugary.

I wish all of the staff acted the way you did tonight. You were respectful. Show hospitality and showed your coworkers what its like to put the customer first. Thank you for being you are showing what customer service looks like. I feel like this location would do better of someone with your values and respect towards customers...
The biggest differentiator between this cookout and a five star review across the board is the line and the waiting time. Now this is not the soul fault of cookout it is partly in blame to the fact that it’s just overwhelmingly busy. That aside they’ve got pretty good food and a friendly atmosphere.
