House of Pizza & Pasta

My mother got a birthday day 5 dollars off a pizza with two toppings but only received one. This isn't the first time this has happened all I know doordash isn't cheap idk if it's a problem with the communication through the online order. Please fix this.

We called in our order for lunch 9/17/2025 and I specifically asked prices and for my grilled chicken to be cut up in small pieces! When my food arrived it was worse than vomiting in a plate!! I will never ever go back to this House of Pizza establishment! Furthermore I called to ask why my price was so high because the salad was in a small box and the girl that answered the phone was so rude and talking over me then she got pissed and hung up the phone before I could finish explaining my dilemma with this food and so we tried calling back 3 times and all we got was the answering machine!!! Shame on this work place for poor customer service!!

Good food high cost had a advertisement on door bogo Tues order what it said. I got a extra topping so I couldn't qualify made no since I was paying more why would I not qualify?!

Ordered the large pizza special (beef and onions) and I was very disappointed. It's been a while since I had ordered pizza from there. The pizza crust seemed to be much thicker and more doughy than I recall. There was also very little sauce (or other ingredients). The stromboli I had a couple of months ago was good. This pizza was not.

Very tasty chicken souvlaki, try the tzatziki sauce! Greek dressing and Greek salad are amazing. Excellent customer service!

Not welcoming and food was cold and dry. During my experience, I learned that employees are paid under the table, so it makes sense that the service was terrible. Once I dined in and ordered pizza. It was cold and dry and my waitress was high. There were also other employees, two older women and a young man arguing about being in a love triangle. This feud led to one of the women storming out and saying that she quit. The second time I dined in, I decided to go with pasta instead. It was cold and I had to ask for extra sauce twice. I also witnessed a waitress almost come to blows with a customer over an order that was wrong. Again, another traumatizing experience and this was only my second time dinning in. I didn’t want to give up, I had heard great things about HoP Gaffney. Although my dining in experiences were traumatic, I decided to just go with take out. Take out was even worse. It was very slow and the prices of the food that I ordered inside had increased for take out. I asked how were prices calculated and they gave me the run around and then offered random discounts. I learned that an employee stole my order and the manager, Ali, had to make the order again. I was grateful that the order was able to be remade, but it was cold! There was no way that my order was made fresh. It was as if they took someone else’s order that was a no show and handed it to me. All employees smell like weed. They even attempted to sell weed out the back of the restaurant and invited patrons to do weed in the back as well. The employees have relationships with each other and feud during business hours in front of customers. The managers are married and having a work affair and discusses it openly. My visits were very uncomfortable and my take out experience did not make it any better. I have only visited HoP Gaffney at most 5 times and gathered all of this info during the 5 visits. I don’t understand how the business is still running. Over priced food, prices that change randomly, terrible service, DRAMA, take out takes a long time to come, food is always cold, employees “steal” and are paid under the table, AND everyone is so unprofessional. My family and I will never visit again.

Food was GREAT! We came in to gaffney for a quick visit and decided to eat here and we are glad we did. The food is REAL Italian food and the tiramisu was amazing.

We were seated very quickly, but that was the only thing that was quick. The food took over 30 minutes to get and then it wasn't correct.
