We paid $70 for 3 hibachi meals that were no where near full. When I called about the food, I was asked 20 questions by the person who answered. She basically refused to let me speak with a manager. When she finally did, I was offered an appetizer to make up for the lack of food. Their reason was I didn’t call them the same day I ordered. service was good, hardly any one there at lunch, chef was good and so was the fried rice. I got the filet and it was tough!!! they cooked another piece, also tough. I got filet fried rice to go, it was also like shoe leather. I do know my filet and there is no way this was filet. my husband got steak and chicken, his chicken was good, but his steak was tough too. it was our first and last time there. we will stick with Kanpai !!
Our service was mediocre, although we did come later after the main rush of the night. All employees hanging at the bar, cussing and carrying on. The food was sub par. It’s no better than a fast food Japanese place.
