Came in today on thanksgiving. This team was working so hard! They had orders coming from everywhere and a machine went down on top of that and the managers still working and leading the team to deliver starbys drinks as quickly as possible. If I lived closer, I’d have brought y’all doughnuts or something for this. Glad they’re closing early so they can enjoy the holiday. Thank you for your dedication and wonderful staff today.

Customer service is at its lowest. On top of that I pay for my Starbucks and not complain but these employees are so unhappy and it is very clear A. In there attitudes B. In their work performance C. In their customer service D. In the looks of the establishment E. In their friendliness F. When are they opening, when are they closing, are they open at all today...do I need to go on?
