“Sign on the door said "Open". We drove up to the 1st drive thru window and there was a sign saying "Go to the next window", so we drove to the next window. We waited and waited and waited, no one came. There was only one car in the parking lot. We decided we would try to go inside to see if someone could wait on us, so we drove around the building and I went into the front door. There was a little old man standing at the line looking like he was waiting on someone to order a sandwich so I went up to him and requested a dozen cookies. He walked over to the cookie tray and started pulling out a dozen cookies he wrapped them up with cellophane paper. Then he stood there at the cash register like he didn't know what to do next. In the store, I could hear another employee talking on their cell phone on a personal phone call so he had to go and get that person to ring up the cookies. I finally got out of there after paying for the cookies I ordered. Times sure have changed, customer service is not what it used to be.“
