Was sitting in the drive through for 25+ mins and was next up to order and it was 9:12pm. a lady comes out and starts telling everybody that they closed at 9pm. Well I was sitting in the line before you closed. needless to say I won't be back to this Zaxby's!
customer service is horrible. Manager Ashley was rude and hung up on me. I do not recommend this zaxbys
I just went through the drive thru to pick up my online order. All I heard for the next few minutes were laughing and being made fun of for my name. "Aaaaaah Leeee HAIrrrrrrrrr" repeated by all the ladies working. I love the name I was given and then the one I took from my husband. This experience was horrible!!
