I have no idea about the arcade, but I can tell you this place has some of the best burgers and fries you’ll ever eat. Burgers are all hand patted and cooked to order. Fries are amazing…hand cut fries made to order are on my list of top two of all time! My wife got the ribbon cut fries, which is a whole potato spiral cut and then fried and seasoned…unbelievable! Can’t go wrong either way! (Pics were made after we had already about half of each.) Great, personable service, and wait time is reasonable given the fact that everything is made to order. We’ll be back to Gigi’s every time we’re at Garden City!

All I have to say is me and my boyfriend always loved coming to this arcade every year when we travel to the beach until now . The night shift employees are very rude . They had to close early tonight at 10:15 . We had 2 mins left and we were getting our prize before we left and we were picking out our prize and the employee said “don’t take forever we close in 2 mins” okay I get that but you don’t have to be so rude to the customers . Definitely won’t be coming back what happened to the nice employees that use to work there . Very disappointed was rushed the whole visit in there .

It's Dad

Alright, listen up, folks! Grab your fanny packs and sunscreen because I’ve got a story to tell you about the best dad day ever at the Garden City Pavilion Arcade & GiGi’s Grill in Garden City, South Carolina. This place is a smorgasbord of fun, food, and family-friendly shenanigans that’ll make even the grumpiest teenager crack a smile.

Picture this: you walk in, and it’s like the Willy Wonka factory of arcades. The lights are flashing, the bells are dinging, and the smell of fried food is in the air. It’s like stepping into an 80s time capsule where Pac-Man is king and high scores are serious business. I swear, I haven’t felt this pumped since the time I found out they were bringing back Twinkies!

Now, let’s talk about the games. This place has everything from skee-ball to air hockey, and don’t even get me started on the claw machines. I’m like a claw machine ninja. My sons were amazed when I snagged a plushie on the first try. I had to remind them, “Boys, you’re looking at the claw master!” I was ready to crown myself King of the Arcade right then and there.

After we’d collected enough tickets to fund a small toy store, we headed over to GiGi’s Grill. Now, I’ve eaten burgers from coast to coast, but GiGi’s Grill is flipping patties like they’ve got a direct line to the burger gods. I ordered the Big Dad Burger, a towering beast of beef, cheese, and all the fixings. With every bite, I felt like I was winning the Super Bowl of flavor.

And let’s not forget the fries—crispy golden slices of heaven that made my heart sing and my arteries cringe just a little. The kids devoured their chicken tenders like they hadn’t eaten in days, which, knowing their teenage appetites, might be true.

But what really makes this place special is the vibe. It’s got that nostalgic charm that makes you feel like a kid again. Whether you’re battling it out in Street Fighter or trying to snag the last stuffed unicorn from the claw machine, there’s a sense of pure, unadulterated joy in the air.

So, if you find yourself in Garden City with the fam, do yourself a favor and swing by Garden City Pavilion Arcade & GiGi’s Grill. It’s the perfect place to unleash your inner child and create some epic dad jokes along the way.

Garden City Pavilion Arcade & GiGi’s Grill is a slice of Americana that’ll have you grinning from ear to ear. Just don’t blame me if you leave with a few extra pounds of arcade tickets and cheeseburger bliss!

Cool classic arcade. Air conditioning needs some improvement, we boiled in there.

A Garden City staple featuring vintage vibes, friendly staff, and a mix of classic and modern arcade games. Gigi's Grill is great for a quick bite of American fare (burgers, fries, chicken tenders, etc.) or some decadent Hershey's ice cream.

LOVE the cheeseburger!!!! Bun is light and fresh does not fall apart, cooked perfectly, hot. Service is fast, so friendly, and place is clean. It is bustling with families and kiddos playing in the arcade--summer VIBES!!! DO NOT pass this place up when you are in town!

I got a Grilled Chicken salad from there. Big mistake. The Chicken appeared to be thigh meat and was cut up all in tiny bits. The salad consisted of lettuce, carrot shavings and funky tasting Chicken meat. They put 2 bags of Croutons in as a "filler" just to make it look bigger. One tomato would have been great, maybe some shredded cheese. Absolutely terrible.

Great place to bring kids and a great selection for adults as well. Kids had a blast!
Very nice seeing the retro arcade titles upstairs. As well as the 2 pinball machines.

Keep your tickets in your pocket or bum bag. There is a "Mafia like" ring of 12 year olds who steal them and sell them on the secondary black market.

Staff was rude & disrespectful. One of the manage members was vaping right in my face. Highly unprofessional! The tables were dirty, the floor under my table was dirty, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Terrible overall experience!
