“Came in for a Togo order tonight. “Lucy” took my order. She informed me that the kitchen was “a bit backed up” (it was absolute chaos) and asked that I “please give our cook a few extra minutes tonight”. so polite. I couldn’t help but be patient. Not with that smile. I waited awhile before I noticed the cook had disappeared. Lucy asked another server where the cook went because she hadn’t even gotten to call my order yet. No response. She hopped on that grill and cooked my 3 orders with no hesitation while the other servers just stood there watching. She bagged my food, handed it to me and apologized because apparently she’s new and it was her first time cooking for a customer and she was unsure if she got everything right. Lucy- not only did you get everything right, but it was delicious. Props to you.“
