I never post any reviews on Google, however, I had one of the worst customer service experiences. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and have never attended customers like this. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the hostility towards my family. She is an older Caucasian woman. Did not act like she did with another Caucasian customer but towards us she was very hostile. Called out the number 47 when our number was 48. I checked with my family to see what number was called and she had said 47. My sister had asked for medium fries not small, so when she called small and medium fries, I didn’t think it was our order. She put out food on the side. She later called number 47 and it was a different order. When asked who’s food was sitting there, she pointed at us. If she knew who’s food it was, why let it sit there? Didn’t say anything to refrain from making a scene. Overall this felt hostile and racist. I have gone hear before and haven’t had this type of interaction. I usually go through drive thru and have great experience, but decided to go inside to order and regret going inside to order.

I entered the restaurant to pick up a uber eats order and stood in line while I watched an older Caucasian lady that was working the dining room cash register slam customer's cups down on the counter because she was angry that the walked away. Then she was harshly slinging food as she was preparing orders. She later looked at me and asked me was I picking up a delivery order So I asked her if she was speaking to me because their was a gentleman in line ahead of me and she said yes so I asked her why was she so nasty with an attitude and she said she's not she was just upset because the other customers walked away while she was giving them their cups. She needs customer service training asap. I've never experienced that type of behavior and I've been personally going there for years because I live in the subdivision down the street. All the other employees seem to be pleasant with good customer service skills but that lady should be held accountable for her actions on 2/10/2024 at 1230pm. I really had to keep my composure because she almost took me out of character but I refrained because children were present otherwise I would've become savage.

Went through the drive-thru for a quick snack of chicken nuggets. I doubt they're real chicken but regardless they were tasty with honey mustard. This location used to be my main go-to for fast food because I lived not far away but now I just passed through and occasionally swing in to get something quick. This location has upped their game and customer service over the years. I hope it stays that way. Good luck to the Burger King in South Congaree.

Way to expensive, charged 69cent for a cup of water after a twelve dollar order of a meal. Never again in Gaston burgerling.
This is a combo 7-11 and BK....facility was very clean, including bathrooms..our orders was prepared fresh..workers were friendly and courteous..getting out of our car i scrapped my elbow and was bleeding..our daughter went back to the counter and asked if she could have a band-Ad and the young man gave her two..very nice of
