We stopped here for a sweet treat while strolling through downtown Georgetown...a good decision! A very patriotic place with friendly service, and the ice cream was very good. They serve Kemp's brand ice cream, which we weren't familiar with, but we liked it. The waffle cones were made fresh and tasted that way. Plenty of shaded outside seating too. We'd definitely stop here again on another visit to scenic Georgetown.
The waffle cones are homemade and delicious. You can sample the ice cream to taste before you buy. My double scoop was very generous--enough that I didn't eat lunch that day. Shady, relaxing place to sit in front of the store--chairs and tables.

As someone who's had rolled ice cream many times at various places, Harvest Moon is doing that style of ice cream very well!
