Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries

Five of my family members and I enjoyed our gathering at this Hwy 55 restaurants. The food was delicious. The service was awesone.

The onion rings were the only thing good about this place. Especially for the cost.

The food was great & service was even greater. We will visit again

This place is a dump. But, the employees are very nice.

The fried chicken was perfectly breaded and cooked, but no real flavor.

Bathroom is awful. Nothing looks like it's been cleaned. Dust and grime on wall trims and napkin dispenser. Menus aren't clean.

Paid $20 even for a salad with chicken, a tea and cheese tots. Way too expensive for this tier of food.

Dined in tonight with my parents and my son and had an awful experience. We ordered at 8:00 and could noticeably see three cooks standing in the kitchen playing around. We were the only table in the building whom had not received food out of two tables. They were not busy at all. By 8:35 our food still had not come out and we never received a refill on our drinks. A big crowd of teenagers pushed in and all of the cooks came around from their work area and started being very loud and unprofessional. I had to get up from our table and go ask our server about our food. When she walked over to the cooks they acted like they didn’t see the ticket. She told me that they would make the food now to which we declined and paid for our drinks and left. We sat almost 40 minutes for absolutely nothing but a soda. Abunch of kids running this place tonight. Worst experience I have EVER had.

I went there to get some food on Friday night and they had two customers in restaurant and six employees and I stood there at the counter in front of the register and no one ever said hello or we will be with you in a minute. I waited a few minutes and just turned and walk out. I will not be going back to the Hwy 55 ever again. This was not the first time I have had problems there.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. We are from the upstate and I was excited to try it since the one in spartanburg shut down. The food was okay, not quite a seasoned as I remember but throw some salt and pepper on it and all was good. The other servers were great! I actually wanted to tip them more than my own server. Ashley L was the one taking care of us and to say i was disappointed would be an understatement. She was rude the two times we saw her. I watched her chit chat behind the counter while we were still waiting on drinks. It was not busy at all, I think there was 2 or 3 other tables. She forgot my boyfriends drink order and was just overall a bad server. We are not the type of people to complain about not being checked on enough, I myself am a server and can understand not getting to all of your tables, but when I can actively see you talking behind the counter while we are waiting on something or watch you go outside right before out food is supposed to come out, unacceptable. I dont know if she was on something, but she sure seemed like it. I do want to highlight one server, I didn't catch her name but the little black girl that was working was absolutely phenomenal. So sweet and checked on us more then our actual server (our server wasn't even the one to bring the check, we had to ask for check and box from the counter)

The service sucks even down to the owner of business. He obviously doesn't care for you to voice your opinion about his employees. I was treated rudely and when I called to voice it he said he found that hard to believe because he doesn't experience that. Of course you don't you're their boss! I won't be going back for real this time. I always get treated sucky by the young black waitress. She needs to work on the attitude fast because she won't make it very far in life if she keeps it up!

Food is delicious however the waitresses or whatever they call themselves are horrible. They rather gossip then to actually serve you with friendliness and a smile

We had lunch here and it was great as always. I don't know what our waitress name was but she was fantastic.
