Horrible service! Went from spending $15 per meal 4 xs a week (for MY lunch) to ZERO due to mgt customer service! That doesn't count the once a week purchase of 4 Foot Long sandwiches for the family! My coworker also purchased there 1-2 xs per week and now does not! Glad they don't need that $100+ in weekly revenue! We gladly give our money daily to other local businesses- Hwy 55 & Dominos are our go to now and they have great customer service!
This Subway has some of the quickest service. The employees are attentive & give you their undivided attention. Wish all quick service restaurants were like this one.
Placed an order on June 1st. Was charged twice due to computer glitch in their own site. Called store, told they couldn't do anything because the order was placed online. Called corporate care line and was told they would contact the store owner and get a refund processed right away. Four days later I call the store because there's no refund and no contact from owner. Subway is a busy restaurant with a team of hardworking employees. Despite the crowds, the line moves fairly quickly, taking around 10-15 minutes to reach the front. The food is decent and standard for Subway, but prices have increased significantly since the $5 footlong days. The drive-through service can be slow, but the staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even with large orders.
