Natasha did an outstanding job with her table service and brought the menu to life with her explanations of dish preparation. We had the beet salad and tile fish, which were both delicious. Started the meal with a great cocktail (sazerac) at the bar. The only complaint is that it took a little longer for the entree to arrive- perhaps consider ordering oysters in between the salad and entree. Overall, an excellent experience. This was our third time coming there for dinner. It was my mom‘s birthday. They always take great care of us. The food is outstanding. The ambience is perfect. Level was mostly quiet. Excellent drinks. Highly recommend this place. 
This was an amazing dining experience. I highly recommend the Independent Natasha was fabulous and the food was delicious. Also the cocktails were very tasty! We will be returning soon. Thanks to Natasha and the culinary staff for a wonderful dining experience!
