is the worst service I ever received. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and instead got a Caesar salad when I had to drive back to the store to return it and I brought the other salad back with me. The manager wanted to charge me a second time for what I had already paid for and ordered. When I called to get their store number, they hung up on me. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. These people really hate their jobs and it shows in every way. It begins when they greet you with their “ever so inviting personalities” at the drive-thru. Our order was simple. 2 #10’s with 2 Lemonades, cup of cheese, and a cup of chili. We had to wait at the window to pay while one employee was playing with her phone, dropping her phone, and then sticking it back under her shirt “out of site”.
