If you order here and they drop the bag on the floor, they'll just pick the bag up off of the floor and put your food in it instead of throwing it away and getting a clean paper bag. Just happened to me. Smh

Ty is a wonderful employee. She has an upbeat personality and was able to assist me with my selections. She is working a double today and this location is extremely short staffed. Arbys please take wonderful care of your staff especially Ty. She is working hard to make sure this location is taking care of your patrons and all with a smile.

We went in and had a simple meal and did not have to break the bank. I hope to go back and try some of their desserts. This Arby's was clean inside and out.
Parking: Don't park right near the door during the dinner drive thru hours. Those spots get blocked by the drive through waiting line.

Ordered on door dash and they refused to give my order to the dasher. Claimed they're out of items and forced me to cancel order. I tried calling the store and the number just mirrors the caller (it was just an echo of my own voice) This is FRAUD and THEFT. I will be reporting to BBB or wherever I need to to hold this store accountable.
Should be noted that my dasher said this was the SECOND time that this happened (i.e. refusing/failing to fulfill order)
