I gave this place five stars last year but I’m changing it now. The coffee tastes good as usual but the customer service is getting worse. They make mistakes in orders and they don’t have patience. Not to mention that a few times I saw the staff laughing at my order and giggling in the back! I don’t know what’s their problem! It was easy for me to challenge them, be rude and find something in their appearance or outfits to make fun of but I got my coffee, walked out and will never come back until they bring some professional respectful mature staff.

Anna, Dorian, Kassi and Tom are all amazing, friendly, kindhearted and love hugs. This is truly a great place for coffee, energy drinks ( my favorite), muffins, cookies, lattes and etc. Highly recommend 10/10.

I’ve been to this location a few times the last few months. Every time I get espresso based drinks (mocha, & lattes) the shots taste burnt & over extracted. Will have to stop going because I can’t even finish the drink. Even if I got it remade it tastes the same.

This is your average coffee shop with food and beverages. As far as the staff goes, I’ve been to this location twice and both times they’ve been very short and acted like it was a burden you were standing in front of them. When asking questions about different drink options they’re not happy to help or interested in the conversation. Most places you go, if you ask a question the cashier is happy to help, break down the menu or help guide you to a decision. The particular girl today looked me up and down when I asked for whole milk, laughed and said they don’t have that. Maybe I’m not hip and whole milk is cancelled now?? 🤣 I’m not sure why it was a shocking question or a question to have provoked a reaction like that, but she wasn’t nice about it and it appeared to offend her. Sorry if not hip about milk haha. The different lady that ‘gave’ us our order, said something but it wasn’t audible and when I asked what she said, she just turned around and walked away with no acknowledgement. I turned to my boyfriend and said I didn’t hear a thing she said and he agreed. There was a third girl just standing by there and she didn’t say anything either. We ate outside because it wasn’t a good vibe inside. The outside is next to a busy road though. The bathroom signs are fun though!

Going downhill fast. Used to go there frequently. Went there this morning. Spent two full minutes in front of the register and none of the ladies behind the counter even said hello. I got looked at but not even really acknowledged... I took my business elsewhere and will probably continue to do so for a while.

Tasty coffee. I suggest going to their website to look at their “secret” menu. I didn’t realize it existed until recently! So much more to choose from. My only minor complaint is when you order online, they want you to tell them when you walk in that you placed an online order. When there’s a line inside, that defeats the point because I still have to wait in line even though I already ordered and paid online.

Very nice coffee shop with all types of coffee and lots of flavors. My favorite is the Spotted owl. They also have different types of food available. I really wish they would bring back the egg bites.
