I gave this place five stars last year but I’m changing it now. The coffee tastes good as usual but the customer service is getting worse. They make mistakes in orders and they don’t have patience. Not to mention that a few times I saw the staff laughing at my order and giggling in the back! I don’t know what’s their problem! It was easy for me to challenge them, be rude and find something in their appearance or outfits to make fun of but I got my coffee, walked out...
Anna, Dorian, Kassi and Tom are all amazing, friendly, kindhearted and love hugs. This is truly a great place for coffee, energy drinks ( my favorite), muffins, cookies, lattes and etc. Highly recommend 10/10.
I’ve been to this location a few times the last few months. Every time I get espresso based drinks (mocha, & lattes) the shots taste burnt & over extracted. Will have to stop going because I can’t even finish the drink. Even if I got it remade it tastes the same.
