went here tonight 12/1 at 5:40pm ordered online, since they had the doors locked at 5:30pm had to go to the drive through. i had 3 online orders, they proceed to tell me that my order is not popping up in there system, i even show them my phone! and she still told me there’s nothing she can do (OLD LADY) shuts the window and walks away. so when she comes back after 10 min i ask the OLD lady how can i get my refund she was very rude, horrible customer service. if i could give this a 0 rating i would. To the Young lady that was trying to help me, thank you. To the OLD lady, do better.

The service has improved but the fries were awful. They were either left over from lunch and just warmed up or cooked in old oil. Need a cut thru road in the front.

Even though the door was open i was told I had to go through the drive-thru. The older woman who took my order was very nice and even though she appeared to be working mostly by herself she kept her cool. The service was slow but I understood.

Horrible service an disrespectful employee also the only one in line an took 10 mins to get my food an it was cold. I'm updating this is the 4th times I've stop by here around 730 pm an the people say there system is down or they can't take orders for 30 mins. Need to just close or get better employees/management.

I don’t know who the young man was who was taking order in the drive through around 3 , but horrible customer service as soon as I got ordering 1 meal he said are you done I said no I had 2 more meal and I got the same response each time , y’all need to have better attitudes and teach theses kids how to properly work ,because to be honest this is part of the reason so many other BKs are closing down because of the customer service we get .
I wish I could give no stars. The manager that is missing teeth was extremely rude to me, she slammed the window in my face and treated me like I was stupid. I waited patiently because I’ve worked in food service and know how it gets busy yet I’m still waiting here after over an hour and a half with no food . All the cars behind me have gotten their food yet I’m still waiting. They have come up to my car 3 different times asking if it was my order and it was not. This place is disorganized, rude, nasty, and awful customer service.

i’m not sure how your hours of operation, that are posted on your doors, and drive through windows are not accurate. Your signage states that you are open until 11. However at 9pm not only is the restaurant coded but completely shut down.
