40 mins before the store closed I arrive at the drive thru an employee was talking to someone in the parking lot and the employees inside ignored the drive thru. Clearly other reviews all say the same thing and the management just doesn’t care at all. Just close down at this rate. No accountability for workers anymore.

Went through the drive thru and they told me to pull up they would bring the food out, after waiting 15 mins, I got out and went inside. Food was ready they just didn't bring it out

Good the hamburger, but expensive, the french fries too soft and they don't test good. Olso, I'm asking for large fries size, but the content was small! I don't think I'm coming back!
Food was hot and fresh I was here at 3:42 PM everybody on the shift was so sweet very welcoming I sat inside and ate one worker was cleaning lobby another was making sure bathrooms was clean it was very clean and they made sure of that I will be back best BK I have been to yet in SC!

I’m very disappointed in how I was treated here. Ordered online and continued to wait for 30 minutes at the window with no update. I only got 1 out of the 3 things I ordered. They said they were out of root beer (that’s fine it’s whatever) but then they went ahead and replaced my cheesy tots with mozzarella sticks without telling me (because they were out of tots). When I got my food that I waited 30 minutes for it was cold. Went home and found a hair on the burger. Very disappointed and disgusted.
