I'm thinking this location just had a bad day. Friendly staff but multiple customers waiting at the counter for their orders, other customers at the counter because their orders were wrong, drive thru was backed up. The manager was constantly calling out for his staff to do things such as drop fries or special order and it was like they weren't understanding what he was asking. My order was incorrect but I honestly think it was just a stressful day for these folks so didn't complain.

This Burger King has to be the worst one I have ever been two. I have literally waited 45mins for my order tonight. This is absolutely unacceptable. How can the management let alone the owner be ok with how horrible the service is at this place. The employees have attitudes like they dont care and no sense of urgency!!!! I will not ever go to this burger king again. Just Terrible

The worst BK. I ordered. Dbl cheeseburger (i picked hot off the grill) and royal chicken. I got overcooked royal chicken and dry old bacon (one patty) cheeseburger.
Never again. And they were so much slower than McD. Never again.

Bugs in my food on 15, August 2025 at 4:45 PM.
There were no customers eating or ordering inside the restaurant. There appeared to be no cars at the drive-through. I ordered my food through the drive-through and was sent around the building to wait outside 10 minutes before my order of one cheeseburger and one double cheeseburger was delivered to me. I opened my cheeseburger. And took two bites. Then I noticed on the rapper was a dried out dead insect that had been wrapped inside the burger wrapper. It was the most disgusting experience that I’ve ever had. And I think I now understand why all of the Burger King restaurants around Charleston have been systematically being closed. The service was friendly, but incredibly slow despite it not being a very busy time of day and the restaurant is not appearing to be busy inside or outside at all. Most importantly there was an insect in my food, which is absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from another Burger King for the rest of my life. The manager and employees of this restaurant should be ashamed by what they’re serving to customers who are paying their hard earned money to be served food that you would not give an animal in a barn.

I was waiting in the driveway it took about 20 minutes for one car to move up so l parked went inside I waited 10 minutes for them to take my order and I got a double cheeseburger then I waited 30 minutes for my food and the one with the tied up braid every time I looked at her she gave me a face and when I got my order I went home I was eating my food and I got a double cheeseburger but instead the gave me a single burger and the drink despender didn't give some it gave me water and

This place ruined my life. I tried to get food but they wouldn’t. When I waited in line they wouldn’t either. I am was so hungry it made me and they wouldn’t even give me tissue. So sad want to cry just thinking about it. 🥹 I would rather eat dry leather with a pint of rotten vinegar than ever go to this place again

Made us wait in the drive thru line before they even took our order. I had a mobile order & when I got to the window they parked me along with 5 other cars. So I went inside. Store was a mess. The employees weren’t working with enthusiasm. But hey I got a free drink for having to wait

I ordered 2 whopper JRs, large cheesy tots and large tea. I paid, received my tea and was asked to pull up to the door. I waited outside the door for 15 minutes with no one else in line the entire time. When I tried to go inside to ask about my order, the door was locked (fire code violation). As I got back in my car, the gentleman can out with my order. My credit card was charged at 12:59p and I finally received my order at 1:15pm. This is highly disappointing but it's becoming the norm lately.

As of yesterday, if I could give this restaurant zero stars I would have. First I waited for 10 minutes and didn't get my order taken. So I pulled forward to the window, only to wait for another 10 minutes before my order was taken. I ordered 1 double cheeseburger. Waited 5 minutes before I was instructed to pull forward, to wait for my order. After another 15 minutes I decided to go inside to receive my order. They clearly didn't remember I was waiting to be served. The double cheeseburger was sitting in the window. The server gave it to me with an apology for the wait. When I returned to my vehicle ready to eat because I was hungry. I bit into the worst sandwich I have ever tasted. The burger was stale. The bread was dry, it looked like the pickles melted the cheese, and the the beef patties was cold. So I returned inside to retrieve a refund for this horrible burger. Only to find out they was incapable of doing that. There was no manager on duty which explains the poor execution of service. I don't blame the workers they were just children.
