I don’t know why they offer products if they are never going to make them correctly. If I order a burger with cheese and it changes that burger to a cheeseburger. Then my rodeo cheeseburgers shouldn’t come without cheese. add cheese or chzbrgr means to add cheese on it. I’m concerned for the education level of the people you guys hire. They can’t read the word cheese.

I went to pick up 2 Uber orders the doors were locked like always. Get to the speaker and after a couple of minutes I said hello and all I heard was yeah. I explained that I was there to pick up 2 Uber eats orders. When I pulled around to the window I seen 3 workers standing around not doing anything. I say about 10 minutes later a dark skin girl with pink hair comes to the window after I had been waiting asking for the customers names again. I replied I’m canceling the orders because this is ridiculous. Burger King workers y’all need to do better on RED BANK RD. The customer service sucks.

No enforcement when it comes to employees throwing food across the counter top from the back of the restaurant. You have the wrong people working in the restaurant and wrong management. Children can't control other irresponsible children.

Just went for breakfast & had one of the rudest interactions with two ladies on 10-14 at 8:00 in the morning. Wish people who don’t want to work , would just quit instead of being just plain rude to customers. Please please get rid of them- they are awful and have 0 customer service skills and proper training. The food was alright but attitudes sucked☹️

Awful service. Apparently they changed the menu in the last few days, which is fine but it's not fine to treat customers like they're stupid! I ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave me mozzarella fries instead and they also messed up my sandwich. I asked for another choice of side and the man at the counter was extremely rude about the situation. The store is old and gross, smh they need to close it already. Will never return.

The food was awful. The fries were cold and stale without any flavor. The burger also did not live up to its typical Burger King standards. They were also out of several drink flavors. And it was extremely expensive! Will not be coming back to this location.

First went through the drive thru waited a while nobody answered, then went inside and there was a worker with the headset on disrupting the employee at the front counter. The bad part was that it seemed as if they were taking ONE order at a time and cooking ONE order at a time. I wasted 45 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break.

2.5 stars overall is GENEROUS. The employees are incompetent, service is slow & food is decent. Absolutely no reason a car should sit at the drive thru menu for TWENTY minutes before an employee speaks to them & then wait another TWENTY minutes for food.

Credit card machine was down, could only pay with cash inside, food took a while to get (they didn’t have fries ready even though it’s lunch time) and fries come with a meal, cook was moving slow motion. Food taste was ok, but I can definitely see why this one is going out of business soon. Will probably go to the other one in goose creek from now on.
