Charleston Sports Pub

Went with my family to have dinner and a couple drinks. The server told us that the CO2 was broken so there was no sodas or anything similar. We ordered food only to have the entrees arrive one at a time, five minutes apart. My wife was done with her meal before the kitchen manager came out to tell me that she ran out of wings and was unable to make my order. Then we still had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the check and a to-go box for my kids leftovers. Absolutely horrible experience.

The garlic parm tenders and ranch are my fav. The Amarillo burger was good and a little spicy. The wings were ok.

Sam, the manager deserves a HUGE BONUS because he made my experience for the first time there with feeling like the 1st lady of the president. His wholesome, uplifting spirit, tenacity to provide excellent service is impeccable. His employees were nice and friendly. Highly recommend 10/10.

Great sports bar--lots of space and light. Friendly staff and our server, Dresden (sp?) was great, she answered all my questions and gave us some personal recommendations that hit the mark. Fair value for the price...wings were on the smaller size but great flavor.

Tonight was very disappointing because we tried to enjoy opening night of college football and normally have a great experience at this restaurant, but tonight was not the same story. Our server Jada was very un attentive while she sat and chatted with her friend at the table behind us. Our table of four sat with no straws, utensils and had to ask for refills on our drinks all night long. The kitchen messed up one of our orders and it took over 25 minutes for that persons chicken sandwich to be “remade” so the one other people sat there with no food while staring at everyone else eating. Then when the sandwich came out it looked like it was thrown together by a toddler. Some of us ordered dessert and again with our server no where to be found we had to ask not one but two other workers for spoons for our desserts. Finally the hostess was able to bring us spoons. You would’ve thought that they would do something to make up for the horrible experience but no we were left with paying $3 for a house sauce and an extra piece of lettuce. Will not be returning to this location it has gone downhill.

I had the Amarillo in the morning 1/2 pound burger and it was superb. My wife had the fish and chips and that was also superb. Our server Sam was amazing .. that guy need a raise

We had Slater as a server and what an amazing young lady. We had the very best time ever. She was without a doubt the best server we have ever had by far. If she isn't working we are not coming to Chas Sports Pub GooseCreek!

Food was exactly as expected. Our server couldn’t be bothered, and check ins were infrequent enough to feel like a minor hostage situation. I do hope you got those days off you were upset about, ma’am. We could hear you around the corner while we sat with empty drinks and uncleared app plates ,while waiting for our check.

So I have not had a chance to try their food yet but I went in there as a doordasher today and had to wait for the order I was picking up. The bartend staff came over to check on me made conversation and when I asked about the different beers they had the lady actually let me try one that she thought I would really enjoy. I have not had one restaurant in Charleston. Be so courteous to a doordash driver the whole time I've been here. I sincerely appreciate the customer service in this restaurant
