Chicken Salad Chick

They refused to allow an order of a BLT without the chicken salad. They did allow the chicken salad to be given on the side. Waste of food for someone who doesn't eat it. Then proceeded to only put two pieces of bacon on the entire BLT sandwich. The Mac and Cheese tasted as if it was 2 days old and a had a gritty texture. First time customer today and last time customer as well.

I was served by Sade (Sad ie) a petite young lady with red colored hair that had HORRIBLE customer service, I was polite and patient she was rude and outstanding the food was good so I’ll try another location but never this location

Came here on a whim, and I’m so glad my sister and I decided to give this place a try! It’s such a cute home style place with a great story, and we absolutely loved the food! Would 100% Recommend if you’re looking for a good chicken salad sandwich with yummy Mac+cheese and soup-

I would like to give the Manager of the Goose Creek location a HUGE shoutout! I made a big order through DoorDash, but when the food arrived, several items were missing. Everyone makes mistakes, so I called the store to inquire about the missing items. When I tell you that the manager was wonderful, and went above and beyond to make things right, that is an understatement. With a manager that cares about her customers the way she does, I know where my money will be spent!

I went by to pick up some chicken salad, and expressed concern that I had an appointment to go to before I got home with it. The very kind woman (Pat) serving me told me that she could make up of bag of ice to put it in while I was in the doctor’s office. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness, and wanted to acknowledge that in a day and age when we see so many complaints about customer service. ?

Della is awesome!! I didn't pick up my order before they close at 8 p.m, looking back I don't know why I put an order in at 7:44 p.m! When I called to explain the situation Della was so kind and asked do you want me to put that order in on us! I was shocked! I am very grateful!!
