Manager had a horrible attitude an tried giving out cold food even tho I ask for my food to be fresh and then tried charging me for another bowl that I didn’t eat nor did I walk out of the restaurant then he proceeded to fix a new one after all the attitude he gave

In January I had a mobile order & I sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes, when I got to the window there was no one there & had to wait another 5 minutes, 30 minutes for a mobile or ?? I could’ve just went in. Today I got a bowl & found hair in my food!!!

Ordered two steak bowls through the app and picked them up in the drive-thru. The experience was extremely disappointing. One bowl was supposed to have brown rice, but they gave us white rice on both. One bowl had lettuce we didn’t ask for, and it was brown and wilted. The food was cold, one bowl was missing cheese, and the chips we got on the side were stale.

We took everything back to get it corrected, but the employee had an attitude and seemed annoyed. When we got back home, we realized one of the bowls was missing rice entirely. At this point, it felt intentional given how unhelpful the employee was.

Extremely frustrating experience. I expect better quality and customer service from Chipotle.

I’ve had more positive experiences at this location but have now had two instances of ordering pickup and having a hair in some part of the food. First time I let it go but the second more recently I was over it. A hair had made it into the queso, how disgusting. I reached out and contacted chipotle… never heard back. Very disappointed.

This is the only good chipotle in the area. The north charleston and summerville locations are horrible for both service and food quality.

Employees are very blah and on their phones. My steak was mostly bites of gristle and the rice wasnt cooked all the way. The counter was extremely messy and food gets in the bottom of my bowl when they slide it down the counter. Overall very dissatisfied.

the first time i placed my order i asked for an sample of the smoked brisket, i didn’t like how it tasted so i asked the young lady who was ringing up my order if i could remake my burrito with the chicken instead of the brisket, the man who made my burrito snatched my bag out of my hand and repeatedly rolled his eyes while he made my order. he lucky i didn’t go back in the car and tell my father cause it would’ve been his last day working there, you don’t snatch nothing out the queen hand when i’m the one PAYING YOU!
