Chipotle Mexican Grill

The customer Service is terrible. Only one of our 5 items were delivered. No one answers when you call the store. And we are now having to fight to get a refund because the order was over $100! Absolutely ridiculous!

The service here is horrible. The atmosphere is dirty. I purchased the Chipotle Honey Chicken with Adobo Ranch on 8-2-2025 with the Watermelon Limeade. After my purchase, I noticed that I was not provided chips, so I asked the young African American young lady at the register, if there was a fee for chips now? She said, yes. I asked, how much, she replied, “I don’t know”, and continued to do nothing. Afterwards, I jsaid, okay and sat down and continued to eat the food that I purchased. As an entrepreneur, I would have expected my employee to ascertain the price of the tortilla’s and inform the customer. You lost an additional sale today, due to LAZINESS!!!

This place needs to be shut down. The place is dirty, everybody's attitudes are terrible. Asked for something kind of specific that I always get, was told no. No? Just Lazy, You can tell everybody lazy, the employees, and manager. Counter is a mess, the counter in the back is piled and as soon as you see somebody get down time they pull they phone out. Place needs new management and employees.

Our first time going to Chipotle. It was better than expected. Portions were large; food was delicious.

I had the worst person make my food. She was not personable at all. I asked her about some of thr items and she acted as if she didn't want to help me. I can go to Moe's and get greeted as soon as you walk in they speak to you. I reported her over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call from a member of management!! I HATE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS BACK TO MOE'S

Whether it's diner in, take out or delivery all food should be perfect. I had delivery my food was ice cold and the store is not that far from me. We got quesadilla withe the honey chicken pinto beans brown rice sour cream large chips and side of Adobe ranch. Honey chicken is good would get that again, brown rice not a fan kept pulling green chunks and green strings out, ordered a large chip totally stale and unacceptable and if what I got was a large I would hate to see small. Out of whole meal my quesadilla and pinto beans were good once heated. Maybe some versions of stuff should be less spicy food is good but not everyone cand handle

We all know the portions are diminishing. Instead of calling it a chicken bowl it should be called a rice bowl. At this particular chipotle the food taste is worsening. The rice wasn’t cooked well along with finding what appears to be a whole unchewable basil leaf in my meal also my side of guacamole seemed to be old guac mixed with unripe avocados. I guess we’re not guaranteed a good meal every time from chipotle.

They close at 11pm but always packing up the food by 8/9 . Food all over the counter. Restaurant is dirty. Attitudes are horrible. Store definitely needs a new manager & employees that care. You can tell not one person is making sure Store is ran properly.

Walk into this place rood everywhere, on the floor on the table. Stood there for about two minutes and walked out.

I just witnessed one of the employees near the outside trashcan, taking a smoke break. He walked in around the same time I did and he never went to the sink to wash his hands. He immediately went to the kitchen to start working again. I walked out. It is disgusting that he went from the outside, garbage area and immediately to the kitchen with no hand hygiene done.

Typically Chipotle is great anywhere I go. Here? No. I've eaten here 2-3 times over rhee last year and each and everytime the food has been subpar and warm to cold. Will not return. Do not recommend this location.

Tacos were cold. Chips were cold and stale. Tried contacting support through their online link and haven’t heard back. There’s no number to call and speak to the store or a representative for that matter. Zero stars would not recommend or return.
