Went in for dinner with my kids around 7pm (they close at 11pm) Waited 10 mins in line just to be told there was no more chicken. They said it would be a 12 minute wait, so we waited. When I got back in line they said now they didn’t have any more rice or tortillas chips, so I asked how long to wait. They said they aren’t cooking any. I decide to do a salad instead so we can move on with our night. They did comp part of our meal for the trouble, but the situation above is only part of what prompted this review.Once we finally got our food and sat down at the booth closest to the serving line, we began to eat and suddenly a roach comes crawling up the back of the booth where my child was sitting. I immediately moved our things and went to the counter to tell them. The lady at the counter didn’t bat an eye when I told her and called for a man to come handle it. No one moved and the roach continued to crawl across tables as we stood waiting for them to do something. We ended up tossing all the food and leaving. I sat outside for 5 minutes watching to see if anyone would try to handle it, but no one did. NASTY!! I will NEVER be back!!

The "management" here is complete TRASH.Staff always has an attitude and every time you go to pick up an order, they just stare at you like they're so confused while you're there.Tonight, there was a handwritten note that said closed on the door and the doors were locked at 7:25 pm.You are better off driving to the North Charleston Chipotle than wasting your time here.

Best Chipotle HANDS DOWN! Friendly associates, clean environment, tasty food -- it's refreshing. We live less than a mile to the Summerville Chipotle and it's well worth the 20 minute drive to this Goose Creek location. Keep up the great service!

We’ve tried to give this place a chance a couple of times. They literally label items what they’re supposed to be but will then put the wrong items into the container.
The bowl was basically just rice, the chicken was just about absent. Wouldn't go back to this location.

Ordered delivery Missed my whole double protein(Barbocada) went to customerservice and only offered a free queso. Called about the issue and was told "nothing we can do about it" I'd avoid this area at all cost.
