Overall, not bad but figured you’d be open to some feedback. When I entered the building, there was no welcome and the lady up front seemed like she really would rather be elsewhere. An area of opportunity for sure is overall cleanliness, to most it may seem clean but there is opportunity. There were a lot of dirty tables, no ice and almost everyone behind the counter was wearing headphones (safety and health concerns). Food was hot and tasted good so it wasn’t all bad.

We have been frequenting this establishment more often, as my daughter is particularly fond of CiCi's pizza. The environment is clean and inviting. They consistently accommodate customer requests to provide excellent pizza. The manager and staff members are attentive and friendly.

I really do like CiCi's pizza. It really wasn't that busy and we were able to find a place to sit. The pizzas are okay but I like that they have a lot of different options. They also have soup and salad which is nice. This is a good place to bring your family and get a full meal. I would definitely recommend this place to larger families (or even go by yourself) because everyone can fill up here.
Food was great. Dezi helped us up at the front, and was so sweet and attentive. Such a hard worker, and just an amazing person! Shout out to Dezi!!

It's a buffet, you get what you pay for, and you paid for all you can eat pizza. Still worth it. Cut the kitchen staff slack, they are part time and paying for school most of the time.
