Got my whole order wrong. I asked for no blueberry in my 10 count. They didn’t even give me ten they gave me 8 and half of it was blueberry. I also ordered a glaze dounut which was also blueberry when they gave it to me. They also messed up my coffee. That is so messed up, what if I was allergic to blueberry. What is the manager teaching their employees to ignore people and their order. Unbelievable. Our server also acted like we were the problem and they didn’t want to be there so they are just messing up everybody else’s day.

I went there to order a meal which came with a medium coffee, Hashbrowns and a sandwich. The lady taking my order was nice but the person taking my payment was terrible. She was extremely mean to me and disrespectful. She kept giving attitude. Never experienced this at dunkin. I receive my order and they gave me the wrong sandwich and it was burnt. To not deal with her again I just threw it away and asked for no refund. Even the people with me were weirded out by her attitude.

I come to Dunkin a lot and always get the jelly filled donuts but they are never coated in sugar like they’re suppose to be. Which is really irritating. I’ve asked for them to be redipped before and the girl had an attitude. Just do your job.

I would not go in the afternoon. The most problem in the mornings is usually long wait time when it's packed but that happens. Today I went in the afternoon and ordered a frozen coffee. Instead I got a frozen coffee with a bunch of extra stuff I did not ask for. 7 extra things put in this drink I didn't want. I go in and ask for the correct order thinking maybe they got it mixed up. No big deal right? Well, the lady irritatedly walked away while i was mid sentence, gave me another frozen coffee with stuff I didn't want and did not blend very well and then walked off. I will not come back if those specific people in the afternoon are there.

So I get my coffee specifically. Half cold milk. Half hot coffee. 6 hits of Splenda.i broke my jaw and want coffee lukewarm.... I been saying that across America since I started drinking coffee. This place has got it right 10 percent of the time. 1/10 . Once I got a hair right where you place your mouth to drink and the girl in all her wisdom asked if I wanted another one made.... I am paying close to 5 bucks for a coffee i don't need much but I do need it the way I want it if I have to spend time on the way to work and 5 bucks.... I won't be returning. But I have to say at the very least I don't have someone asking for a tip before I even get my coffee like at Starbucks.

I stopped by this location 7/25th to have a drink remade. First off… the inside smelled of sewage, and the flies were out of control. Too many flies for my liking. Also, there were at least 5-6 teenaged boys in the establishment using all kinds of profanity. I asked the shift manager if they were employees. She smiled and said no. Well, I would say if they’re not employees, say something to them about it. It could very well cause the business to lose customers. Not to mention the other issues that were a little concerning to me. I’d have to think twice before visiting this location again.

Went inside to get my food that I had assigned for drive thru because it was a packed line. Asked (what looked like a manager lady), asked her if I could get it now onstead of in the long line. And i only had a couple things, and she rolled her eyes and said something waving her hand in anger and told someone else to help me. And then the girl just didn't smile or anything just handed me my food with a mean or blank expression. Food is good always tho 😋 👌
