I ordered some drinks through Uber eats and one of the drinks were missing. I called the store and Rachel, the assistant manager, was very nice handing the situation. Very professional and helpful! Love that! Keep it up the good work!

I come to Dunkin a lot and always get the jelly filled donuts but they are never coated in sugar like they’re suppose to be. Which is really irritating. I’ve asked for them to be redipped before and the girl had an attitude. Just do your job.

Go through the drive thru and they forgot my espresso shots
They immediately were apologetic and fixed the mistake. The only thing that I would’ve I guess asked for differently is maybe a little less whipped cream on top because it was coming through the hole.
