The location is terrible, very little parking on a hill. Plus your food is pretty pricey.
Always clean. Great customer service almost every single time I come in. I’ve been coming here at least 2x a month for about 9 years.
Today I was very impressed with the young ladies working the counter. They were fast . I had a very interesting order and they proved that they do pay attention to detail. Especially the lady named Makiya (spelling) and another lady who seemed to be in charge..
All good and I’ll be back.
There are many Jersey Mike’s in this area. I have tried most of them . They are not all the same. This is one of the better ones.
I went to this location twice in one week. I’m not going back again ..because a few of them have an attitude they act as though they wish you wouldn’t come …if you hate your job that much why go to work there….they don’t realize that their job is important, but I don’t have to beg them to put a smile on a face and to be kind. I’ll just go to another location… you have to watch them how they prepare your sandwich make sure that they change their gloves, cause they have a tendency to put their hand on other things like the garbage can of wet rag and then go prepare your sandwich and you gotta speak up whether they like it or not …I spent $30 plus tips both days. I just don’t like their attitude and I don’t have to put up with it…. UPDATE…. April 10 noon time I went to Jersey Mike’s today and the atmosphere was so different. The workers were very nice. They made sure that it was clean. The sub was delicious. .. they didn’t have an attitude that they didn’t wanna be there and they sorry to see you come in. Everything was done very well and they were professional.I definitely will be back….🌺🌺💯🌹🌹🌹🥰
Literally the slowest Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. Five people working, but takes 30 minutes to get 2 subs that were ordered online. Never again!!
Really poor service. I ordered on the app. Showed up after my time promised. With no sandwich done. They were out of lemonade on the fountain and I was told they'd fix it. Sat for 20 min after I got there to finally ask for my lemonade again to get told no. I then asked for my sandwich so that I could leave. An entire family and several drive through orders were done before mine while I sat and waited on the meal I had paid for. I was offered any chips I wanted but I had already paid for chips. This was really rude and dismissive and I won't go here again.
Me and my girlfriend went for the first time today. We walked in and it was very awkward, no one welcome us and they were all just talking amongst themselves. Once we were able to talk to someone, we both ordered the same thing and sat down and waited. Once we got home we opened our sandwiches and they were messed up. We both got the spicy chicken Italian- mine was missing the pepperoni and hers was missing the cheese. How do you mess up the same sandwich twice? Better off going to subway next time.

I order from here usually once a week, and I don’t expect a lot in terms of service but one of the staff working tonight seems to have a serious attitude problem. I was waiting in the drive through for at least 3-4 minutes and someone in the parking lot nearby beeped their horn. I’m not sure if she thought it was me, but she came to the window with a major attitude. After she got my name and brought the food, continued to give attitude. When she closed the window she threw up her arms and said something to a coworker that was clearly negative.
I am always pleasant to the staff, even when I wait a long time at the window or inside and I always tip and donate to the fundraisers. Definitely disappointed.

I have been a patron of jersey mikes for over a decade. There have been ups and downs at this location which is to be expected. Once management changed recently it has become so much better. I am not sure who the new girl is. She is short and has blonde hair. She was behaving very inappropriately and speaking poorly of the workers and her boss. It was appalling and very unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager she claimed that she is. There is no way. The current manager is very helpful and he always goes out of his way to make his customers happy. I know that as a hospitality manager and DM of 25 years that this toxic behavior is a cancer that needs to be cut out. Her toxicity will slowly seep into the other workers. It is quite obvious that she is new and more obvious that she doesn’t care.

This location has become very disappointing. Within the past few weeks, I’ve visited this location around 8:30p to get a Philly cheesesteak and each time the grilled has been “closed”. I actually used to work at this very location almost 20 years ago and I was GM of Jersey Mike’s at another location, so I know that if the store doesn’t close until 9pm the grill doesn’t “close” until 9p. I didn’t want to raise a fuss so the last time I just went to another Jersey Mike’s that was happy to make a hot sub at 8:45pm. One thing Peter Cancro always taught was to treat your last customer just like the first one. This is unacceptable.

The food is good, but this is the slowest location of all the Jersey Mike's in the Charleston area. Last time I ordered online, said food would be ready in 15 minutes, arrived at that time and still had to wait over 20 minutes. The quality here is nothing special.

The customer service is horrible! They used to be good. Not anymore. They need to fire half of the staff, honestly. Some girl had to finish my order because the other person didn’t know how. I smiled at her and she looked at me like, “What are you smiling at?” I put my card thru, and answered the questions, (ie phone number etc.) An error message came up, because the person that didn’t know what they were doing previously had hit something wrong. I let them know there was error message. The girl rolled her eyes at me, came around, did something to get the error message off the screen…. which was not my doubt to begin with. She went back around to the front, and as I was waiting for my receipt said, “All you had to do was pay and answer the questions.” I responded that I did, and she said oh okay, and walked to the back. She was hateful for no reason. It wasn’t just bad customer service, it was awful customer service. I’m sick of the bad service at this location. Clean house! It’s starting to reflect poorly on the manager.This is the second incident like this that has happened recently, and I just don’t think I can bring myself to go in there anymore. I used to LOVE this place and the service. I had a big order I was putting in, and I didn’t need to spend that much money to get fussed at by the girl working in there, because they don’t know how to do their own job.
This store is SO clean! The food is delish and service was great. They were so very nice and they were happy to serve us.
