The customer service is horrible! They used to be good. Not anymore. They need to fire half of the staff, honestly. Some girl had to finish my order because the other person didn’t know how. I smiled at her and she looked at me like, “What are you smiling at?” I put my card thru, and answered the questions, (ie phone number etc.) An error message came up, because the person that didn’t know what they were doing previously had hit something wrong. I let them know there was error message. The girl rolled her eyes at me, came around, did something to get the error message off the screen…. which was not my doubt to begin with. She went back around to the front, and as I was waiting for my receipt said, “All you had to do was pay and answer the questions.” I responded that I did, and she said oh okay, and walked to the back. She was hateful for no reason. It wasn’t just bad customer service, it was awful customer service. I’m sick of the bad service at this location. Clean house! It’s starting to reflect poorly on the manager.This is the second incident like this that has happened recently, and I just don’t think I can bring myself to go in there anymore. I used to LOVE this place and the service. I had a big order I was putting in, and I didn’t need to spend that much money to get fussed at by the girl working in there, because they don’t know how to do their own job.

Out of all the Jersey Mike's in the surrounding areas this by far is the most cleanest, and most friendly sub shop around. They greet you, get you in quick and they take their time making your sandwich and not throwing it together and making a mess just to get you out the door . All the workers are working well together and the manager is always making sure that everyone is staying on point. We always come to this store even if it is out of our way bc we know that we will never be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: We love how they have a gluten free rolls available.

Probably the consistent worst Jersey mikes in the whole Charleston area, ordered a Philly cheesesteak and never had it burnt, missing the peppers and onions and cheese located at the ends of the sandwich. Tested like eating a Philly cheesesteak from 7-11. Place is dirty, staff are young kids who don’t care. So go to any other jersey mikes just avoid this one

Sad to say. This was one of my favorite places for lunch, but it seems to be going down hill. In the last 3 visits they have twice incorrectly made my order and have been rude all three times. Seems like they are over run with attitude and I'm not sure why. And the prep area was in need of a wipe down. Not everyone wants the remnants of other people's sandwich on their own. And there was only 1 person ahead of me which makes me wonder how long it was like that.
