I ordered 1 8 piece original chicken and 1 8 piece honey BBQ buckets. This was the BEST CHICKEN I have ever eaten. Moist, Tender, very delicious. The Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. Will be back. OUTSTANDING JOB !!!!!

This location has really gone down hill over the past few months. I went for lunch today and ordered a KFC specific drink and the young lady gave me sweet tea, when I told her the order was wrong and tried to hand her my drink she pushed it back and told me it was right, when in fact I did not order sweet tea. I tried to explain 3 times and she stared at me the second and third time like I had seven heads and spoke a foreign language. Then I grt back to work which is less than a mile away and my food is cold!

I got home from picking up my son and myself some supper. It was the worst I have ever had from KFC. The chicken was greasy and didn't even taste like chicken. The biscuit was mashed up and had some kind of greasy gray look. Didn't look at all like a biscuit. It all tasted horrible!!! Needless to say we didn't eat much of it at all! It will be a long time before I go back if ever! Wasted $25.00!!
Worst KFC branch we have ever seen. The chicken pieces were very small. There's a huge chance that you will see something is missing in your meal box, for instance, they missed the cookie in our meal combo, and gave us iced tea instead of pepsi. So check your meal box and your drink before you leave their driveway 🤣
They were super rude, I went back for pepsi, they didn’t change it, said, they are out of it, but not a single Sorry! Seriously!

This is my 3rd order in a row that i have received wrong. I had to repeat my order 5 times snd when i got to the window to pay he read it back to me. Ticket #1252. There was only 2 cars in line including mine. Tonight when i got it home both mine and my wifes order did not have our mashed potatoes and gravy in the box. I looked at the ticket and the potatoes were not on the receipt, even after having to repeat the order 5 times and having it read back to me. The chicken was not hot and no potatoes, what a bumber. I dont think i will go there again, looking at all the reviews kind of seals that. Bad bad experience. 3 times now in a row.

Do not order pickup here. You still have to wait in the line because they will have the doors closed at 8p. Waited in the parking lot until my order said ready and when I went to the door it was locked. An employee was letting another customer out and I asked if I could get my pickup order because there were more than 5 cars waiting in the drive through and they said their manager told them to lock the door. Ordered at 8:15p, said it was ready at 8:25 but had to sit in line until 8:43p! So frustrating!
