This will be the last time I ever eat at this KFC again. The employees were playing trashy music so loud I couldn't even enjoy my meal. On top of that, my chicken thighs were severely undercooked. If this is a corporate store, this location needs to be shut down permanently. The manager had an attitude because we decided to dine in

Coming to this kfc used to be a nightmare, some females working or used to work there make sure of that, but that is all over now, at least for the moment. The service I recieved today was flawless, David took my order and he make sure I got everything I needed before walking out that door, friendly at his best, you do see that not anymore at a fast food resraurant. So this review is not for KFC, this review is for David, a big shout out, ask for David on your next visit you won't be disappointe, Thank You!!!!!!!!.

No stars for this place. Ordered 12 pc chicken git 7 pcs. Called 13 times no answer. Went back several miles away to get taken care off. No sorry, nothing. Only put one breast in original order instead of 3. Gave one this time told them only got one. She gave me the 3rd. Very reluctantly and dropped the bag on counter. No apology. Rude. 2nd time ordered there and had issues last time waited over 1/2 for order.

The food is good, typical KFC chicken. The fries are better than I thought they would be. Service was friendly even when short staffed. It's just so expensive for what it is.

I decided to place an uber for pick up tonight. I purchased 4 of the “famous bowls”, 2 lg coleslaw, and 2 lg orders of the cherry pie bites. The. Order should have been all ready to go by 9:09pm. I arrived a few minutes
Later to retrieve my order only to find the lobby doors locked tight. I proceeded to through drive through only to be told after I arrived at the window to drive back to the door. I waited for what seemed to be an eternity for someone to bring our food to the door. While checking the order before we left the parking lot there were items missing so we had to go back through the drive through. Again I was told to wait by the door. After being ignored for several more minutes I went back through the drive through, ignored again I honked my horn to get the attention of the staff who was too busy playing on her phone to even acknowledge I was there, even after I beeped the horn. There was an older woman smirking at my children and myself, the young girl still playing on her phone and another girl who was the only one trying to be helpful. In total we waited around 40 minutes to receive our food after arriving, that was supposed to be ready before our arrival time., food temperature was definitely off when we were finally able to get them. Cold bowls and warm coleslaw, and I’m confused as to when the “famous bowls” became super spicy?

I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for, but when the two don't match up it makes for a bad experience, which brings us to KFC. It had been quite some time since I've had KFC but I remember those soft buttermilk biscuits, fresh coleslaw, savory mashed potatoes and gravy, and of course those 11 herbs and spices. I was filled with joy when I pulled the doors open. I could smell the food in the background and my taste buds began to tingle. I was overjoyed with excitement until I reached the register. From here it all goes downhill. After about 5 minutes when somebody finally acknowledged I was there, a young lady slowly made her way to the register to take my order. I didn't order anything fancy, nothing special, just the three piece (two legs and a breast) with french fries and coleslaw. Halfway through giving my order the young lady was pulled away as she was actually working drive-thru. Begrudgingly another employee, who I can only assume was the manager, finished taking my order. Some moments later I received my food and I was on my way home. I got comfortable and settled in at the dinner table to enjoy my long-awaited KFC. To my surprise when I opened the box the pieces were wrong which I can tell you is very disheartening. But I continued trying to make the best out of the situation. Upon doing so I moved to the french fries which unfortunately were hard enough to where I almost questioned if I lost a filling. I can feel the disgust welling up in my body as I moved on to the biscuit which had the texture of a 2x4. At this point all was lost but luckily the coleslaw and the sweet tea made it so as to where it wasn't a complete failure. Still, I was unsatisfied so I picked up the phone to call and make them aware. I called numerous times and didn't get any answer and I wasn't about to get dressed and go back out so I figured I'd just take it up with management the next day. 10:30 they opened and at 10:32 I pulled into the parking lot. I pulled on the door and it wouldn't open. An employee who was fiddling with something in her vehicle alerted me to that they weren't open as she went inside. Moments later that employee as well as another came from around the corner and also told me they were closed. Fortunately (so I thought ) I remembered the other from last night so I begin pleading my case as to where I was told that (as per the manager) without a receipt there was nothing she could do. I kind of figured that would be a problem as when I arrived home I realized that there was no receipt in my bag. Now I stand in front of KFC with no food, out $13 and all of the memories that had made KFC so good in days past slowly starting to dissipate. At this point I can tell you I had completely given up and had no faith nor confidence in the skills or abilities of any of the personnel that worked at that location. From my experience it all starts from management, who didn't even bother to come out and see me. All these events would definitely explain the 3.5 star rating. Hopefully when I voice my opinion to corporate tomorrow it will yield better results...
