placed my order, arrived 13 minutes later and bypassed the wait. everything was efficient and up to expectations. side note to the ppl giving the death glare, you could have placed your order in advance as well instead of looking at me like I'm special for walking in and leaving within seconds with my complete order

Heavier set lady behind the counter refused to give me my money back and said I caught a attitude for asking how much longer on my food won’t go back horrible service made sure her friends that showed up for 10min got their food but I’ve waited nearly an hour :edit owner reached out and settled the issue I am thoroughly impressed and will be back

I came to this location today 3-25-2025, I ordered one pepperoni pizza, the pizza she tried to give me was old, I asked her if she could make me a fresh one please, she snatched the pizza and threw in the trash beside the register, I waited when I got home she didn't even cut the pizza, she was a manager or team lead, she isn't representing this location in a positive professional manner, I would like for someone to review the camera between 3:30 pm and 4 pm today to see if she did something to the pizza, I'm not going to eat it and I would like to be contacted by the district manager of this location.

We ordered 9 extrabestest pizzas for a birthday party (via the internets) and when we arrived they were pulling the last pizza out of the oven. Perfect timing. The lady was very polite and friendly and all the pizzas were hot and ready. No sitting under the warming lamps. The guests really enjoyed the pizzas, and some commented that it was really good and they hadn't had Little Caesars in a long while. Excellent work guys! You made a great showing for your company. We'll be using you again when we have a pizza need.

it’s always a 30min wait or more and they never have the doordash orders.
I did my first order with the app and picked up my pizza out of the little warmers. It was very convenient. I drove home and got to the house, and my pizza was not cooked all the way on one side and burnt on the other. It was stuck to the box because the dough was still raw on one side. Not even sure how that is physically possible, but I called in to the store and they fix the problem. I was very impressed with the staff and their willingness to correct the situation. Kudos to them. We all make mistakes, but they did a great job fixing it!

This has been the worst pizza we have ever received from Little Caesars! It was ordered and picked up by my husband within 20 minutes. We live 2 miles from this location. The pizza was overcooked and cold. It was obviously old and definitely not worth the price. We will no longer use this location. Very disappointed.
