Serving old pizza and not fresh i usually get italian sausage and the pizza is always fresh i could tell my pizza was so fresh because the cheese was stiff and the bottom of the box was soggy like the pizza was in it for a while. When i came to get my order instead of it being in a wamer ( plenty off space)it was on the back table. Also the manager decides to finish his coaching session to the employee infront of customers while handing out stale pizza…

Friday Oct 10-2025 i picked up a telephone order. It was the wrong pizza and the young gentleman with the gold glasses quickly made the correct pizza. He was Friendly and professional. Music was a little loud for all guests to hear but oh well, floor could use attention and cleaning but the pizza was yummy and staff seemed helpful. Thanks ! Red bank rd location

placed my order, arrived 13 minutes later and bypassed the wait. everything was efficient and up to expectations. side note to the ppl giving the death glare, you could have placed your order in advance as well instead of looking at me like I'm special for walking in and leaving within seconds with my complete order

Heavier set lady behind the counter refused to give me my money back and said I caught a attitude for asking how much longer on my food won’t go back horrible service made sure her friends that showed up for 10min got their food but I’ve waited nearly an hour :edit owner reached out and settled the issue I am thoroughly impressed and will be back
