Took my granddaughter and her friend here after school. We went through the drive thru. When we pulled up to pay, the guy took my card and read the order back to me. I told him no that was not what I ordered. He said that that’s what he shows. I told him that one of the orders was right, but the other one wasn’t. After making a sigh he asked me what I had ordered, so I told him. He repeated it and said no I did not order a coke with the order, that I had ordered a chocolate milkshake. He said that is not what I ordered. I said really, are you telling me what I ordered? He said (very rudely) never mind, I guess I’ll go ahead and change it. This was an older gentleman (and I use that term loosely)

terrible, an employee yelled at me (she was one of the oldest) she should set an example for the younger ones because she is a lady, but she was rude and ill-mannered, she treated me with indifference and treated the men around me with tenderness, I will never go there again

This McDonald’s is the BEST in the area!!!they always have the special meal items, the staff is friendly, and the ice cream machine is ALWAYS working for shakes or dessert. Overall my fav go to McD’s!
There is an older gentleman always at the first window in the morning. He is always so sweet and kind! Always seems to be happy. He brings a very refreshing energy to my mornings each and every time. I believe his name is Tristan. I want to make sure he gets this and will receive some type of recognition! Good job!
