Thank you for a great experience tonight in the drive-thru. Let's be honest, it's not often that you get it right but tonight you did and I am grateful. My order was correct, and the fries were piping hot and fresh. In addition to fast service at dinner time. My only complaint is that there were no napkins in the bag. Maybe you have to ask now?

Ugh! Do not get me wrong, I do not go to McDonalds often and this is not the first time I have visited this location. I was in a rush and decided to drive thru for a late lunch. I ordered a simple two cheeseburger meal NO cheese with coke, simple! Well, that must of been a hard concept, because as I was driving and about to eat on the road, ta da! Cheese is on the burgers. The fries were not hot and they were burnt and not good looking or tasting. Now, if I was there I would of asked for a replacement. I ended up putting my fries in my air fryer when I got home to give them so hope. The employee taking the orders and money was on point and super nice. However, the other experience was not great. This McDonalds is never consistent. You never know what you are going to get. I guess I should not have such high expectations, but I was bummed!

I ordered 2 McChicken’s, the first one was soggy and the second one had a fly in it. This is my first visit to this location, and it will be my last.

Why have two speakers and two windows. They only use one . Service is slow and the drive thru window could use a bath!!!

I ordered a filet o fish meal with extra tarter sauce and when I got home it had light sauce on it. I called the store and the manager on duty apologized and told me to keep my receipt and bring it back to the store and they will replace my order. So I did that today and that manager was rude and didn't honor what the other manager said. That is just bad business! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I spent darn near $11 and she wouldn't honor what the other manager said? When I was a general manager for McDonald's I was always told to keep the CUSTOMERS happy. Its cheaper to give them what they want then to lose one!

The caring of the employees here is amazing. The father was going to make the drinks and left his daughter in the buggie and his order came up and she was in the midst of placing the bag down but held it. So the daughter wouldn’t jump out the buggie to endanger herself to get the food and she gave it to the father
Ordered a quarter Pounder and when it was served it was raw in the center. When we requested our money back we were told they could not do that. When we asked for the manager the young lady (who was not wearing a name tag and refused to give us her name) said it was her momma. When we asked for a corporate number we were told they didn’t have one. We asked for the raw burger back and they refused, they offered to recook another and since we had no choice (as they refused to give us our cash back and refused to give us the raw burger back) we accepted. Much to our surprise the replacement burger was raw inside as well. We then called and spoke to a young woman who again said they had no corporate number and when pressured for a number of any kind she hung up on us. We then called back and spoke to a nice young man who also stated there was no corporate number but was kind enough to give us the Managers name (Lori) when asked if she would be in tomorrow he said he was part time and didn't know when she worked. When I asked his name he refused as he was not "legally obligated" to give it out, I explained that he was just going to praise him as he was the only helpful employee we encountered during the whole experience. DO NOT EAT HERE unless your willing to take your chances with E. coli.

Go in at 11:00 am to get fries to go. Got in car, 1st fry, cold, chewy and tastes like yesterday's leftovers. McDonald's used to have THE BEST fries ever. Now hesitant to order again.
