If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!Service was absolutely horrible! I can not stress the horrific service that was received. I waited almost 15 minutes for a 6 piece kids meal. When I asked for help I IMMEDIATELY received attitude.Eye rolls and all from a manager at that! My order had been bumped from the screen already but yet the attitude was given to me!

8/12/2025 9:15 PM Walked in the dining room in which the door stated was open until 11:00 PM only to be told they are taking app orders through the drive through only. The kiosk was turned off along with no other notification that the drive through was the only way to order food. If you ever wondered why businesses are struggling, read some of your reviews.

I'm an UberEats driver, I've lived on both coasts and have 50 years experience dining out, including fast food. So believe me when I say I have NEVER witnessed an interaction between coworkers like I did last week at this location; yelling and cursing between an employee and, I found out, a manager. If I wasn't picking up an order for a customer, i definitely would have walked out. Unacceptable

The wait here was insane. The food was about what you’d normally expect. If I had known we’d be waiting over 20 minutes I wouldn’t have gone.
Food was fresh but every single time I order a double hamburger they give me a single patty.

Ordered food on Friday evening off of the app, my mother went by to pick it up for me and after waiting a hour they still could not find our order and the manager offered no assistance and was very unprofessional.we were told we had to contact corporate for this. This process takes days to get your money back!! It is Tuesday and I’m still waiting for a refund. To add to it my mother reordered the happy meal for my son with her money and after waiting 30 more minutes nothing was done. She asked for her refund, which she’s still waiting to have credited back by her bank. Overall 20 wasted. The manager needs customer service training and overall super disappointed with this location.
