Just got food from here, ate it in the parking lot and then went back inside to get refills and use the bathroom. My girlfriend went to the bathroom and I waited outside the door for her. When she got done she asked if I saw who came out before her, because whoever it was was likely pooping but didn't wash their hands and she thought it was really gross. I did in fact see the person, it was a female employee with teal hair. She made eye contact with me and walked back into the kitchen. Definitely not coming back here. I know there's a hand sanitizer dispenser in the bathroom, but employees must WASH hands before returning to work. Also, who wouldn't want to wash their hands after pooping? I can't believe we just ate food likely prepared by someone with poopy hands.

Waited 15 minutes and paid almost $5 dollars for stale cold fries. Went inside and the manager was telling 2 customers how she made more money working somewhere else then she did there. I told her my complaint and she said it would be the same if I wanted to get them hot. I told her I just wanted my money back. She continued to complain about her job as she got my money out of the register. She STILL continued to talk to them as she handed me my money back. NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE SUBPAR FOOD. You have lost my business.

closes whenever they want (i walked in at 9, they close at 11), gave me a stank stare when i walked in and said i was gonna order, manager is very rude and employees were standing around. this store pales in comparison to wendy’
Tonight was the worst visit yet. Handing out the wrong orders wait time late night was unbelievable. The high school kids are laughing and playing around. Instead of getting orders ready taking their time. So recheck bag before leaving they are famous for getting it wrong..

Morning shift is great. Their evening shift they close the lobby early and the workers are playing around in the lobby. While there are a line of cars in the drive through. Literally went to Wendy’s ordered got my food and the line still hadnt moved.

I got food last night and currently have food poisoning. The fries were soaked in grease and soggy. I thought the nuggets were ok so I just ate those. The coke is tasted like the machine needs to be cleaned. I wouldn't feed this location to an alley cat. I told the manager about my fries he shrugged it off. Staff just standing around doing nothing in the back. The grease clearly needs to be changed amongst other things

it was good at first ordered on the kiosk and it was going well. A guy was working he looked to be maybe a highschool student and he said he was using the restroom, and where I get it was busy and he should've made sure first. the manager (i believe) yelled at him and threatened him for using the restroom. it was just unpleasant and unkind.
