Got a bigger plate got the serving size of plate. Half the serving size of normal Panda Express.

The workers didnt even talk when i went in. All i got was “did you want a drink?” Then walked away. I ordered chow mein with 2 sides of orange chicken. Orange chicken was great. Chow mein on the other hand… was just cabbage. As shown in the picture, i was able to pick out each piece of noodle they gave me and show you the rest was literally all cabbage.

Ordered a bigger plate and only got a serving the size same a a regular bowl. Very disappointed! Chow mein had almost no noodles it was mainly just cabbage.
They close early, they don't prepare everything properly, undercooked food, no communication, and they never have anything.

Avoid this location on Rivers Avenue. The angus was undercooked and not hot (luke warm). The super green vegetables were not fresh/spoiled rotten and also luke warm. Clearly the cooked food is not being kept at the appropriate temperature. Also, due to the bad economy, they are probably saving food past the expiration date.
When I bought my food safety concerns to the manager, she could care less. I also reached out to corporate weeks ago and to date, they have failed to respond.
This location is also not clean and well maintained.

Today around 11:24am, I informed the staff member that I wanted white rice and teriyaki chicken. She prepared my food, completed the transaction, and walked away without further communication. When she returned to the register, I asked for teriyaki sauce and was told they had run out. This was confusing—why continue selling “teriyaki chicken” if the sauce, which defines the dish, is unavailable? While I was eating, I noticed several other customers also requesting teriyaki sauce after being served, only to find out it wasn’t available—despite being charged for what amounts to plain chicken. This experience was disappointing and felt misleading. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better transparency and customer service moving forward.
This Panda Express wasn’t as friendly as the locations. The manager was very rude. She was the one who was packing the orders and taking the money. There was no smile. Just what can I get you. Then she used one had to ring up your food. There were 2 other employees in the back. I want go back to this location.

Why is the whole crew shouting welcome everytime someone walks through the doors? Kinda annoying. Food sucks. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you come never tastes good. Roaches crawling on the steam table.
