First of all a long brown hair was on my bread cheesesticks order. Secondly way too much sauce on my pizzas and not enough cheese on my Tuscan six cheese pizza. Very disappointed wont be back

I ordered online from the store and once my pizza was ready other than delivering it they handed it to a door dash person. So of course my pizza went everywhere first and arrived cold after its 30 minute trip.

Order online and came to pick it up. Had to walk out because worker had a bloody bandaid on his finger without gloves. I would never go back to this place.

Was told 30 minutes for delivery turned into an hour and 45 minutes. The driver was sitting at a random house for about 20 minutes. Again, took a hour and 45 minutes to get from goose Creek to ladson all because the delivery driver wanted to sit around in his car. Pizza showed up cold. Wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy

I open up my box to find that looks like someone already ate one of my peppers.

I hope one day the Cheesy Burger pizza will stay on the menu one day its the only time I spend bigger money on pizza

Just tried to pick up a Doordash order, they told me 2 mins. 2 mins turned into 10 min. Asked for an update to be told the driver took the wrong order and was bringing it back. I left bc idh time for games when that could have been said from the jump

Ok, so, I went to Goose Creek Papa John's on St. James Ave. store and ordered pizza. They got the order wrong. I called the store and asked them to please make it right he said I could come up and get it.

I then asked if he could just please send a driver with my order? He said he would do that, and I thanked him. He sent the pizza, and the driver sat the pizza on the ground in the raining weather.
The box was damp and cold, and the cheese was hard as a rock an hour later when I called and saw it on the ground.
I keep saying he and him because they did not wear name tags and told me they dont wear them for their personal protection! I told him I was going to post this review and his words were I dont really care, do what you gotta do, so here is my review! And generous is the one star.
No voice, no choice! Thank you for this platform among the others I use.

Literally not a single drop of sauce on the pizza 😂😂😂😂😂 why??????? Not a drop, I'm not exaggerating, it's cheese bread and greasy pepperoni, figure it out y'all

The pizza showed buy one get one free for pepperoni pizza, but finally the driver just delivered one pizza that I paid , then I called the merchant ask about the free one it’s not delivered, they said they don’t have buy one get one promotion actually. That’s wired, This kind of behavior is exactly what merchants are doing they are deceiving the customers.its really bad!
