Time and time again this location fails to reach any of pizza huts quality standards. After Covid they never reached their full potential again. No more bars , the food quality isn’t the same , delivery and order time is NEVER met. It’s a shame what could’ve been is now just a thought. This place needs a complete revamp from ownership on down. Every time I come here it’s a new manager but that’s not going to fix this travesty. Went in on Friday, June 3rd. Younger cashier with dark hair and glasses was very nice and did great handling a difficult guest. He said it was his second day so I was impressed. Food was great. Service was even better which is really important since I am in the industry and know what is expected
I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut after today. Ordered a supreme no mushrooms, pan crust. They no longer do pan crust for supreme pizzas so what we ended up with was a saltine cracker crust. It was disgusting and greasy. It had about half the toppings it normally would have. Guess I'll just go to Little Caesars.
