Very long waiting time, 40plus min for a cheese pizza pick up after 35 min online order, i had drop dominos before, now its time to let to pizza hut go

We ordered pizza and boneless wings. I took a bite of a boneless wing and thought it was full of fat so I tried another one. It was completely raw! I had already swallowed a little piece and so did my husband. We are lucky we didnt die from Salmonella! All 8 of them were raw! I called them and the manager made us another order of wings but didnt seem surprised!

More often than not, the order is wrong. When they do a reorder it's wrong too. They use Door Dash for delivery and they're extremely late and unprofessional. This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from.

Ordered and paid for a pizza with extra cheese. Pizza arrived 25 minutes after scheduled delivery. Box was smashed open and not sealed. Pizza was cold and not cheese on top. Called the store and was on hold for 30 minutes. Tried to use Pizza Hut chat and was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for an agent before I gave up. Called the hotline and was told to call the store. Frustrating that I spent over 30 dollars on 1 pizza that was inedible. Worst Pizza Hut experiences are always at this location

Please never order from this Pizza Hut. This is by far the worst in the country. Extremely long wait times. Order was completely wrong and terrible cleanliness I actually don’t know how this place is still in business

I need to learn my lesson and stop coming here. I don't blame the workers, they're underpaid and overworked, and real management is absent. (Shift managers are good though, they do the best with what they're given and aren't paid much better.)

The young lady at the cashwrap could be more customer friendly. First off she has so.e type of hair wrap around her head (which is ok) she doesn't greet anyone who walks in and when she actually speaks, she's being rude.

The restaurant was dirty. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. My order wasn’t ready so I waited another 20 minutes to get it. When the young kid handed ut to me he did not check it and unfortunately neither did I. We were passing through so when we arrived home 25 minutes later and went to eat both pizzas were wrong and they had given us no dip for the wings despite asking and being charged for it. I immediately called the restaurant and after about 5 minutes a woman answered the phone. I explained what happened and how the kid was too busy playing around to do his job. She said I was the third or fourth person to call with wrong orders that night. She stated she had to remake one order 3 times. She offered to remake our order but I explained we were 25 minutes away and I did not want to travel back down there that late in the evening. She said she would refund my card and speak to the manager. The refund has not happened but they sure charged my card. I grew up with Pizza Hut and in fact my late stepfather was an executive with corporate when I was younger so I know what is expected and the quality that is supposed to be delivered. I can honestly state that this does not happen in the Goose Creek restaurant. It is horrible and I advise you to stay far far away.

i ordered a pizza at 7:00pm and was told it would be 50min, i called at 8:20 to find out what was going on and was told my order had not been received. i was then given a number to contact the area manager and there was no answer, attempted to call corporate and got sent too a call center. worst pizza chain ever over 2hrs and still no food i would recommend getting a pizza from aldis before wasting your money on this establishment
