Ra Coffee Company

The experience my partner and I had today at Ra was amazing! Great customer service from the woman working the cash register and the owner! The menu is very large and has a lot of good options. We went through their drive thru and my boyfriend got an iced lavender vanilla london fog and I got a pink Lotus energy drink with club soda. We both got mediums and our total was $12- totally worth it. I recommend skipping your morning Starbucks run and choosing this place instead (better service and around the same price, while supporting a locally owned business). Thanks Ra crew!

My husband and I ordered from this place for the first time. We waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The pastry he ordered was not good it tasted old and gummy. The sandwich I got was also awful and I ended up throwing away most of it. I ordered the iced mocha which tasted like straight up chocolate syrup with no espresso. The only good item was the iced matcha my husband ordered and the employees were very nice.

I had the best experience visiting this coffee shop. Firstly, when I entered the shop I immediately got a whiff of the sweet smells of the delectable pastries they freshly baked that morning, and roasted coffee beans. The vibes were great, and the staff is AWESOME! They have so many beverages to pick from, I wasn’t sure what to order. The manager, I believe her name is Kayla, she was extremely amiable, kind, and helpful with my coffee decision. I chose the Caramelccino, and it was AMAZING. I also got a blueberry muffin and it was delicious. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here soon!

Great customer service, croissant sandwich, and coffee!

The coffee and staff here are amazing!!! We wanted some recommendations on drinks and the ladies working had some great recommendations. We were not disappointed! Only downside was our croissant on our sandwich was slightly burn but could be overlooked. Absolutely recommend coming here if you are a coffee snob!

I ordered two pasteries she said she had them I paid. She gave me 2 random pastries similar to what I ordered but didn’t tell me. I go back in and question her and she says opps I forgot to tell you. Come on do better.

Found out about the place yesterday, went today after a terrible experience at a different place. Got a coffee and a sandwich. The sandwich is great, the coffee is good. Real lack of menus in the drive thru. There is a QR code to scan, but the line was empty so I ended up at the window fast. Maybe go in or look it up before your first time. I'll be back soon with more people.

I love this coffee place so much. Their coffee is fantastic and their food is on another level. I put my order in for delivery today and was immediately called to update me on my sandwiches. They were out of pimento cheese and could double the chicken on my sandwiches as a substitute. Unfortunately I am pregnant and craving the pimento cheese like it's my source of life. Sandi was amazing and went above and beyond for me, going as far as rushing to make a new batch of cheese for me. This kind of customer service can't be ignored. I can't thank her enough.
