They make fresh pastries every morning and even walked through their best seller items with us. Amazing experience, delightful & friendly staffThe coffee is phenomenal and I had them surprise me with a bagel sandwich and omg they gave me a delicious jalapeño bagel with steak, bacon, egg & pepper jack, I was in heaven.They made me feel like family, will definitely be back!
The employees are very nice , and the coffee is pretty good but the guy who runs this place is a jerk, he's just plain rude.Edit: As you can see the owner has replied to my review in a hostile way and standoffish way, only proving my claim and like I stated originaly my remarks were only directed to the owner not the company, not the employees, only the owner.So calm down Dan

The owners seem very controlling and unwilling to take criticism. The very few negative reviews have been met with hostility, with one response claiming that the customer reviewing them was lying about their experience. The owners clearly care more about their appearance than the actual environment. If you go into the store, you can tell they don't even trust their own employees to uphold their image and need to micromanage them. there are at least 6 cameras in the tiny cafe, and all but one of them points to the employees. It's a truly unsettling environment that I would advise people not support financially.

Employees can't tell you what is in drinks for some reason. It seems like a policy from the owner. Getting the vibe they think that they're a small business even though they're located in several states.

Just moved back to the area and definitely consider this a gem for the area. The coffee is delicious. Wasn't too impressed with the croissant sandwich but not bad.

I’ve never had an experience with any negativity. Everyone there is beyond friendly. I’ve come in at all hours of operation, ordering anything from a small drink for me, my household, or even my entire work crew. They’ve never been anything but professional and amazing.Dietary restrictions: They have different milks, non drinks, chicken and turkey sausage and other pork substitute, and I ginormous variety of pastriesParking: There’s maybe a dozen parking spots but they have two drive thrus so it never takes longKid-friendliness: Our kids love coming inside and seeing the sweets and the friendly crew when we stop to get coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a disability parking spot and a ramp
I have lived in SC for over a year, been to many places. This place by far has been the friendliest atmosphere I've ever experienced living here. The food is all fresh, coffee is made to your liking. Everything about it is amazing. I will be back. 10/10 recommend!

Best coffee in my area even better because it’s close to my house. Staff is always very nice and what makes them stick out as a coffee company is that they have you try your coffee to make sure it’s good before you leave. I will not get my coffee anywhere else after coming here! Also my dog loved their pup cups rather than other places just using whip cream and a milk bone they use high quality treats for your pup!
