okay so i’ve been here several times it’s literally HIT or MISS and more often then not a MISS first time my steak was literally raw. this time today which is why i have taken it to google is the steak was disgusting and like rubber i had to chew for 5 minutes just to eat one piece of meat. ON TOP of costing 50$.. i called back after driving my food home 30 mins away for them to tell me they had NO manager in store to speak with and basically had no idea what they were saying or doing.
i was told i had to bring in the food which is no problem but since there was so manager i had to come in tomorrow?? what am i supposed to do hold onto the meal until the following day?? no clue but come tomorrow we will see what they do. my advice with all the hibachi restaurants around here try your luck somewhere else.

Foods great but high priced , ridiculous high ,

The waitress was very short and rude. I have never been here before, and said I needed a minute to order. 30 seconds later, she’s back asking if I’m ready. Then she got the order wrong and said it was my fault. I literally pointed to the item I wanted and said the name clearly 🙄

The beef egg rolls were not great, very greasy and clearly just thrown back in the frier.

The other location is much better.

Beware-arrived at 8 pm on a Saturday night to eat and was told dining in was closed. They don’t close until 9pm. Two unoccupied young ladies on their phones working the front offered to ask if I could be seated (as others were still clearly there eating) but “she” said she was done for the night. Since I came for sushi there was no point staying. A couple came in behind me and they left too without ordering to go.
Went down the street and tried a new place I hadn’t been in before. This is how established restaurants lose business.

Tuesday, August 5. It was empty and no one could take our order, another group of people came 20 minutes after us and got there order taken. The girl who works there having fun on her phone. We only pay for our drinks

Ordered sanno I roll, it was really yummy but super messy and hard to pick up with falling apart. The atmosphere was pleasant although it was empty on a Tuesday evening. The server was fantastic!
