It's a fast food restaurant, so you get what you pay for...mostly. I wanted a medium fry, but they rang up a small and I tried to correct it, but they just turned off the mic and I ended up with a small. It's not the end of the world, but it was a tad annoying.
Then it asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I tried to type on the screen to do it, but the screen didn't work, so, yeah, I was stuck with the default. Annoying.

First time I vomited after eating because of food quality! Warning Vomit photo included! I was excited to try the new pretzel smasher it was dry and the sauce was nasty very bitter not the restaurants fault though they just push the products they don't design them however the restaurants fault lies solely in the hair cooked into my french toast stick and the mystery dirt in my cup! I noticed the hair on my french toast stick while dipping into the syrup and my stomach immediately started turning but after FINISHING my drink and opening the top to chew the famous ice I notice a long piece of what honestly looks like a piece of hay inside my cup and it was like my stomach just started the rejection process thank God in heaven I had a ziplock bag storing my extra iron flask lids under my passenger seat or I would have been screwed! I use to love this location because of accessibility but i will never be back after this gut turning experience i’m done with sonic all together!

I’ve totally slept on Sonic, but they honestly give the most consistent and cheapest service esp if you use the app. The only recent hiccup was the construction, but it was quickly resolved. Food and service are always on point.

I enjoy the tater tots but I would like them a lot more if the staff would stop throwing the condiments on top of them! I ask them every time to put it in separately but I find a handful of ketchup in the tot container. That’s nasty. Especially after covid. They handle cash and cards from many people and they risk making your customers sick. Why can’t they be trained to put the condiments in the bag first, then the food??
I always enjoy visiting this location. Friendly staff, good food, fast service.
