I ordered extreme tots and had to tell them what's on it and they still forgot the ranch sauce and the strawberry milkshake was good but there were not any actual strawberry chunks in it.

This particular Sonic is usually my go-to for a quick treat, but this visit missed the mark. The service felt oddly disconnected — like no one was really paying attention. I ordered a specific Blast, and somehow ended up with a completely different flavor. No heads-up, no apology, just “Here you go.” Not the end of the world, but when you’re craving that one thing and get something else entirely, it’s a letdown. I’ll be back… but hoping for a little more attention next time.

Leaving this review for Ms.Michelle who I’ve spoke with at the drive thru several times. She is the true gem and excels with her genuine caring and attitude every single time I’ve been to this Sonic. The food is good, but I honestly cruise thru here just to make sure she is still there with her kind, smiling face!

I ordered a hot dog and bacon cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger and some chill cheese tots, I never got my bacon cheese burger I got a regular one. And my mom never even got her Hot dog either, the service was great but getting our food was terrible. Never got all of our food or right after 48$

Stopped ordering from here because they could never get an order correct. Just went back for the 1st time in probably a year, and we'll... We ordered 3 drinks and one wasn't even close to what we ordered. Didn't realize until we got home. No way to contact the store. Why is it so hard to get orders correct?
The last time we were here was Sept 30, 24 and my son found a latex glove in his burger. We have not eaten here since. We decided to try again today, when we tried placing an order at the stall we were only able to order 1 meal, we had more to order but the girl never asked us if we wanted anything else. She just gave us the total, we tried to say something but she already ended the transaction. We just left. Obviously Sonics doesn't want our business

I live close to the sonic on rivers i drive all the way to this one cause they never make me wait 10 minutes to order and 20 minutes on a cup of water

Poor service with employees working at 2:45 pm today. Not answering the service call button for a few minutes and disconnecting the service call. Press the button again and did not respond within a few minutes. After the second time I drove off and went to a competitor and gave them my money. No excuse for disconnecting a service call without a response. Will avoid this location for now.

Edit: The question was rhetorical. The store was definitely open. It was 4:30pm. The manager sat out front and interviewed someone, then she got In her car and left. One person seemed to be working emptying the outside garbage cans. I watched two people go through the drive-thru and not get served. The two people on either side of me left. When I finally decided to leave, I pulled around and were 3-4 people inside. I changed my review to 1 star based on the response below. Stop making excuses and hold people accountable.
