I would like to address a concern regarding the process for delivery drivers. It seems inconsistent that customers can have their orders brought out to their cars while they wait, yet delivery drivers are required to walk to the patio to pick up orders. For efficiency and fairness, it would be beneficial if delivery drivers could also have orders brought out to them, similar to how it is done for customers.
Additionally, there is no notification when the order is ready, which means drivers have to wait outside in the cold weather while staff stay warm inside. This is particularly challenging during colder months. That’s most definitely not fair for drivers, & we’re doing a huge job for yall ..
This change would not only streamline the process but also ensure that delivery drivers can complete their deliveries more efficiently, ultimately benefiting both the drivers and the customers. I hope y’all consider this suggestion to improve the overall experience for everyone involved.
This establishment must be under new management or ownership. The employees here now are super friendly and service is great. Keep it up Sonic you're doing a great job.

Suck at DoorDash! Customers get their food brought to their car, but DoorDash have to wait on the patio and you have to know when it’s ready they don’t let you know when it’s ready ignorant! Every other sonic’s brings the order to your car like if they’re supposed to do just close this place down!

Look, if I could give Ms Michelle 10 stars I would. This lady was the sweetest, most friendly customer service worker I think I’ve ever met in my life. The world needs more people like her

Ridiculously friendly staff and quick service. They should consider sending a CarHop out to deliver a drink to someone in the drive-in line if that's all they are getting

I was actually surprised how salty the Chilli fries were. The burger my husband got (smash burger) was great.
We went in late and the drive threw person was very patient and polite. Over all (besides the salty fries) everything was great.

We waited for 15 minutes to order. Multiple cars around us came after us and left. We finally got someone at the door because they would not answer the phone and told us to move stalls. It was a waste of my time seating in the sun trying to order and the refused to help the situation. I will not be back.

Very pleasant staff and fast service, but... boy was the food disapppointing.. the crispy chicken sandwich is tiny, it was overcooked and barely any lettuce or mayo. The burger had good flavor but same problem with nonexistent lettuce and mayo. The onion rings were a joke. I'm not sure who looks at those and thinks it's acceptable to serve them to a customer. The only good thing we got was a chili cheese hotdog. We'll spend our money somewhere else next time.

I took my kids here for lunch to cure a little weekday summer boredom. The lady taking our order was THE nicest employee I’ve spoken to in probably years. She was so upbeat and fun to talk to. My kids loved her too. The employee who brought us our order was also sweet as can be. These days, it seems most employees don’t care about leaving a good impression, but this little Sonic in Goose Creek still cares. I left a tip not because I felt pressured, but because I wanted to. Thank you for brightening our day!

It should not take 45 minutes to get a mobile order. I also shouldn’t have to go to the drive through to get my order faster. I sit in a stall and understand it will take a bit but definitely should not take 45 minutes. Either raise wages to get employees or figure a system out because this is a fast food establishment. It’s in the very name.
Update: went through the drive through and got my food after waiting in a stall, the shake I ordered didn’t properly have the lid on so it spilled everywhere when I grabbed it so I had to throw it out the window because I was given no napkins. The dirty soda I ordered was just straight up coke. They gave me none of the sauces I asked for. Now I have a crying 6 month old in the back because the trip that was supposed to be 20 minutes max turned into me waiting for almost an hour for a spilled milkshake and a dry burger. Hope the establishment shuts down.

Normally I have a great experience at this sonic but tonight this is what my blt looked like not even two whole pieces of bacons was in the sandwich
