Stopped by on my way to work this evening walked in Rachel acted like she didn't see me so the gentleman in drive-thru took my order. Wanted a pink drink venti size in a trenta cup with extra vanilla cold form which i paid for extra cold form . Well Rachel fixed my pink drink and instead of putting it in a trenta cup she gave me a venti size. I told her i wanted a venti size in a trenta cup with extra cold form. Rachel stated i cant get it in a trenta cup this location don't do that i said ma'am i just came in last week and order the same thing i will pay extra just please give me what i want. I already paid for the extra cold form i don't mind paying extra for whatever else i have to go to work she continue to argue with me. I told her i have to be work she remade my pink drink didn't add dried strawberry pieces barely any ice. My pink drank was disgusted taste like pure milk and vanilla cold form. Due to Rachel giving me a hard time i also was running late for work i will not be coming back to the St James location and i also will be disputing the transaction tonight due to my drank being made incorrectly thanks Rachel!!!!!.

So, I decided to go inside Goose Creek location where I live - drive thru busy. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino with whip and Carmel drizzle. So, this was my third time in the last three months that I gave this location a try.

The Iced Mocha was less than desirable, the English Muffin was chewing gum over heated - this was the drive thru GC.

Second visit drive thru the Iced Mocha still lack a desire to order again.

So, third time inside, no greeting, frustrated cashier, employees moving like robots, displays were nice, restroom was clean. Ppl were in the lobby area, working and chatting, my drink was set out on the counter my name wasn’t called. So, it was also less than expected.

Apparently, something changed since the last time I was in a store because no ones name was called and the cashier didn’t asked which occurred to me while I was shopping hum wonder if my beverage is ready.

It was a lack luster Matcha Frappe with no whip cream or Carmel drizzle. So rather than reorder I’m not going back. I receive gift cards for gifts three times a year minimum of $25.00 that’s a decent gift not included my rewards with credit cards again minimum of $25.00.

So, I’m in Hilton Head this year for Christmas - Awwww a Starbucks. Went to the drive through used my recently updated app ordered the usual. My God this is the first picture I have ever posted on social media. My husband was so happy for me - the cashier was happy, even apologized when my husband did not know what to expect when I handed her the phone - he dropped it - she waited patiently. And handed me the most amazing beverage.

She restored my customer loyalty - by Spring for Mother’s Day I’ll try the Goose Creek location again ordering Açaí beverages, until then I will use the Tanger location on my drive in to work.

My final comment is really a question - does Goose Creek use flavored Matcha Tea? It was a miss two times. Hilton Head had the correct texture flavor and Matcha all the way to the end of the last sip right down to the last whip carmel and drizzle. Goose Creek was either a flavored mix or watered down. Either way it was a miss - I hope they get the revenue, traffic and training they need. The Dunkin Donuts has cars waiting in line when I drive thru in the morning by 6:00am easily every weekday. They must have it done right - but I’m a loyal SBKs customer for years over 10 in the past spending easily 40.00 a week. AM, Noon and Drive home. Tall, Grande, Venti in that order. My Matcha was a Venti each time at GC also at Hilton Head - enjoy the picture.

I didn’t take a pic of the GC beverage but HIlton Head deserves a nod, a hand clap and praise.

Parking: Goose Creek has parking on the SBKs lot hard to drive into and back out due to right lot and drive through. You can park in Food Lion shopping center.

My friend travelled across the world from Korea to come visit America and come see me. They have Starbucks in Korea and he went to this Starbucks. He speaks English and ordered in english. They asked him for his name and it was not only NOT written on the cup, but when they finished his drink they left it on the counter for 5 minutes before they pointed their arm and finger at him. They didnt even waved at him to come get his drink. This has nothing to do with cultural differences, this was plain out rude and unprofessional. I do not appreciate the way they treated my friend, and will not be doing business at this Starbucks any longer.

I went to this location on Sunday as normal. I got the kale and mushroom egg bites (which i’ve had before). I took a bite and felt as if something was off and only ate one of the egg bites. After that i started to feel super nauseous and two hours later around 10:30 am, i threw up. Ever since then i have probably thrown up about 15-20 times. I don’t know what was wrong with them but they have left me weak, not able to sleep, aching legs, and no ability to keep anything in my stomach. After many experiences of Starbucks getting my order wrong, and now this, i don’t think i will be giving them any more of my money. I don’t blame this certain location, as i’ve worked at starbucks as well. i just really think the company is declining and should really check the quality of their products.

Ordered a pumpkin loaf and white mocha with sweet cold foam. The guy taking my order said my order back to me and those things were included. I received a banana nut bread, not a pumpkin loaf. My white mocha had no sweet cold foam but whipped cream instead, despite the note literally being the drink. The whipped cream was also smashed w the lid down to look like cold foam.

The associates find it ok to feed pup cups to dogs in the drive thru and let the dogs lick their hands.
Afterward they went right back to work. When I said something about it the shift leader, she said they are allow to touch the dogs, since they are allowed inside the restaurant.
Well this wasn’t a service dog. This dog was in the backseat of its owner car and had its head out the window. Three associate came to the window to pet it. I immediately spoke to the store manager who said they would educate their associate about it but you would think this was common sense.

This is by far my most enjoyable Starbucks location. My order accuracy is always 100% here. The staff is always friendly and work their tails off to help customers even when they're super busy. The store is always clean when I'm there.

Parking: There's only like 8 parking spots and the drive through line when busy makes them hard to use. You need to park in the open lot next door when it's busy.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment and staff. There's kid friendly food options available, as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking spots close to the door and a wheelchair access area in the side walk.

I tried to get a mobile order in on my way to work when I have time. There is one girl that works there that always makes my drinks fantastic. She's not always there unfortunately and I don't know her name. She does know my name and when she sees me walk into the store she attempts to get my drink created so I am not late. This is by far my favorite Starbucks even though it's not the one closest to me

Worst Starbucks ever! Order a venti hot drink and a grande cold brew. Was charged for both. Received a grande hot drink asked them to replace it for a venti. They dumped my grande into my venti cup. I didn’t notice until leaving because I’m not a Karen. I also very politely asked if they would give me change for cash. My plan was to give them a 10$ tip for doing so. Do the next right thing the next right thing will come. She said there’s no way to do that. Not true. Was okay with that until they charged me for something I didn’t receive. Been going to Starbucks for 25 years and will never be going back to this one. Absolutely ridiculous
