Ordered a #19 and asked for it to be all the way plus a couple other toppings. It's when I got settled at home when I decided to eat and noticed my all the way topping were not on my sandwich. Only topping I got was the plus items. I called to see if things have changed and they agreed they did not and they had a new person. I can understand that and she must not heard me say all the way with the topping and that is fine. I ask if I can be accommodate for the mistake. (Only reson way I really asked because i couldn't go back that night, plus they were closing and I haven't eaten since this morning) A female #manager processed to tell me she can refund or make another sandwich for me when ever I come back in the store but I would have to bring the wrong sandwich back with me. I have already touched and bit into the sandwich and you are wanting me to bring it back. They wanted me to hold on to a sandwich for 3 days. THAT IS SO UNSANITARY!!! (could not come back right away due to me working two jobs) She could have asked me to bring a pic of the messed up sandwich or even to take half off my next visit but to ask to bring back a sandwich crazy. You want to make it difficult for me and yall messed up. The customer service is nothing like the old location.

My brother came from Maryland to visit and we wanted a quick bite. I have never visited a fast food place with such patient and friendly staff, very clean restaurant and the best food. I let a repeat customer go ahead of me while I made up my mind. He told me the best sandwich to get (#19 something) and was spot on ! I'll be back, and I know exactly where I will feed my guests! Keep up the good work y'all!

Went in today at about 1:45pm and was not greeted despite being seen by Peggy and young cashier with color in her hair. Totally different atmosphere from grand opening when everyone was greeting customers soon as they came through the door. Assuming cause owners or big people was there. Ok it’s whatever. HOWEVER, Peggy proceeded to handle boxes with gloves and then touch my bread and cut raw meat and cheese that was unwrap with the SAME gloves. Touching the entire roll of cheese and meat with same gloves from dusty box. I stared amazed. Then she ask what veggies …I ask her to change her gloves. She looked confused, I said because you’re handling my food and raw meat with gloves. She didn’t apologize and unhappily went to change gloves. Young cashier ask her what happen and she said “I touched the boxes.” As if it was a problem, NASTY! After I checked out someone else from the office called me requesting a sub. A taller slim gentlemen was behind the counter and heard me repeating myself on phone. He walked up, didn’t say a word, and handed me an order form and pen to take order. TOP TIER customer service, he provided without interrupting the call. Went back to place order and Peggy who was now handling boxes with SAME glove she fixed my food with said “let me change my gloves” when she turned around a notice me placing another order. That lets me know this nasty and improper handling of food is the norm for her. After fixing my food. Same cashier checked me out. She answered a question about a cake for me, and wasn’t rude about it. Another lady walked in to place an order as I was leaving. And Peggy again who had with back to unpacking boxes from the truck, WAS USING same gloves to fix this lady order. Never again, I run a property management business and was gonna order subs on Fridays for the one team I have working nearby of about 8 men. Since it’s hot out. But Peggy and her lack of sanitation is definitely not happening. After owners or management left this place service is going as well. And to think Peggy badge states shift manager.

The Super Special #19 is a great sandwich! A half will fill you up! The portion is very generous. The seafood salad is delicious too! This will definitely be our go to place for a sub!! Staff is great too!! Treat you like family.

Sub-Station II has always been a hit for me. The subs are excellent. However, the customer service at this particular location needs improvement. Most of the staff I’ve interacted with are polite, but one lady seems disgruntled. I want to think the best of people, so maybe when my husband and I ordered from there, she wasn’t feeling well or was in a negative space (it‘s usually lunchtime, orders for four people—two adults and two children). But, being the first person customers see, “welcoming” us with borderline rudeness isn’t right. I may still patronize the establishment (they’ve been a favorite of mine since I was a child), but I’m still deciding.

Taste of the sub was ok but one of the worst made subs I've ever seen. Do they not teach the employees how to make a sub or just throw everything on the bread and wrap it?

Sub Station II was my favorite place to eat growing up in NC. I have missed it for years, and was so excited to find out it was coming to Goose Creek! The people here are so awesome! I had a slight miscommunication on my order, they went above and beyond to correct it and make sure I was satisfied. (Which I 100% was!) Definitely THE BEST place to get THE BEST sub sandwich! So glad you guys are here in the Creek now!!

Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere in here. The staff was helpful and so polite, and the owner is so sweet!The subs are so good and neatly prepared,I have definitely found my new spot to eat in the Goose Creek area?

This little subshop is awesome the ladies are so sweet and the sandwiches are loaded! The potato salad is a must have and the seafood salad is great too!! Definitely recommend it!

I've never had a sub with some assembly required. I got number 19. I wanted it with Lettuce, pickles, mayo and mustard. I asked for just oil with no vinegar, was told they hadn't fixed that yet. Now mind you I'm the only one in the shop and she couldn't be bothered to fix one. When I unwrapped I had no Lettuce no mayo no pickles to be found. So my wife goes back to the shop and tells the young girl behind the counter that the sandwich was wrong. She hands my wife a box with Lettuce, pickles and cheese in it instead of fixing her mistake. I'm not halogen at all and I had such high hope's for this place. It is the only sub place I liked. I pray your experience is better than mine. Not sure I will give them another chance.
