If I could give no stars, I would. The ladies in there working were rude. They didn’t have the bowl to make the protein bowls and didn’t bother to call. They said “our manager has to modify the order or you can cancel it and reorder on the app or wait until Monday to get a refund”. Super unprofessional. They gave me the option to put all the ingredients on a sub paper and I took that because I can’t have bread. I will be calling Monday and making a formal complaint.

Placed an order online for 3 subs. Wife went by to pick up the subs and she was advised they didn’t have what they needed to make any of the 3 subs. My wife left and I tried calling the store numerous times to see how to get my money refunded. No one answered. My wife said the store was dead when she went so there should be no reason to not answer the phone. Just now read the reviews of this place and this happened with someone else right before me. Also noticed that most of the reviews are bad. I don’t see how they are still in business. Definitely not going to this Subway ever again.

This was the worst sub we have ever got from anywhere. They were out of lettuce, black olives, the fritos for a new sandwich(the spices nacho chicken. We ordered a coke and they sent a coke zero, not the same even. They were out of the new sub bread for the nacho chicken so they put it in a slack wrap. They don't let you know at all, you go pick it up and you get on your receipt how they were out of everything. Get home, try to call and phone just rungs non stop. $40 wasted!! Will never go to this poor excuse of a subway .

No matter how times we give the staff a chance to improve their customer service skills it just doesn’t happen. They don’t want to hear you out, one young girl doesn’t even make eye contact but will giggle at the older lady’s rude, rude, rude behavior.
I can’t be the only customer who witnesses the extremely poor customer service.

Placed an online order through the app for 8pm pickup. The app told me my order was ready, however when I arrived at the store it was closed. All of the lights were off, the doors were locked, not even a sign on the store saying they were closing early. Hours on the door say they are supposed to be open until 10pm, online it says open until 11pm. Absolutely unacceptable. If you are going to close early then you need to disable the online ordering so we don’t get our money basically wasted and stolen.

Shop was empty. I stood back getting my orders over the phone. After I walked up to the counter to place my order. I stood there while the server took 4 trays of bread out of the cooling tray with no acknowledgement with a pout on his face. I walked out and went to the subway near Trident hospital where I was greeted as I came in the door and took my order. Good employees are hard to find.

This subway is gross. The counter where they make your food, soda area, tables, and floor are fifty. The had no lids for regular size drinks out and the ice was not working, so they had to get it from the back. Not going here again.
