Worse experience of my life. Nothing made right! Waste of money and if you dont believe me check the picture. Feel like it's been sitting on the counter for days. Ridiculous absolute waste of money and thats just one sandwich outta three.

Has a drive through with a sign that says to pull up to the window when ready. Pulled up to the windows to pick up mobile order and watched female worker look at me and walk past. Sat there for about 5mins, parked and went inside and waited additional 5mins while people were in the back but didn't come out. As I went to walk out with my order I asked for mayo packets, they don't have packets. Asked if the drive through worked/was used, was told yes, said ok. Outside and inside looked clean, no trash on floor or outside but I did not eat or use the restroom there. Easy to get in/out of, food was made correctly and good, glad I did a mobile order and it was on the counter where I could grab it.

The ladies working weren’t paying any attention. Putting the wrong stuff on the sandwiches. Asked for tomatoes and pickles, she started putting spinach on instead. Barely toasted the sandwiches. Very disappointed. First and last visit to this location.

This subway store# 15224-0 on 128 St. James Ave. SouthCarolina 29445. First and last visit .. Feel bad for the kid his the only one working . I dont know how this place pass their inspection .. Front line where the food is serving is very messy kid doesnt washed his hand nore changing his gloves.. using the same gloves touching register and money back to the food .. food cross contamination . Store is very dirty and disgusted.. not the kid fault that there is no training on how his handling peoples food really wonder how they pass their inspection ..

Just don't bother coming here. They are always out of stuff (veggies, meats, bread). There toaster never works. They just pretended to toast my sandwich twice and gave it to me cold as ice. They don't strain anything and just dumb the liquid all over your bread. The cookies are always overcooked/ borderline burnt. I gave this place so many tries and I can't anymore. Just forget about them. Inconvenient location and operations.

This subway location is still open my God the manager is terrible and the food is bad. I complained about the food to the manager over the phone. The manager told me oh come on in we’ll replace it. When I arrived She had one of her employees told me that they were not replacing the sub While the manager hide in the back I just took the sub and threw it in their trash… This happened years ago I’m just surprised and shocked that they still in business at that location.. that location don’t have much customers anyway and yet they still hanging on maybe one day when I look up they’ll be closed
