This is what I ordered during my lunch break and the other is what I picked up. Spent the majority of my break trying to find a knife and cutting everything up. I hate that I left a tip when I placed my order online.

Staff could be more detail oriented with online orders. My orders have been missing multiple toppings which only bugs me for the ones I pay extra for. It’s frustrating to pay for something you never get. But overall freshness of products is still there! 3 stars for average quality of service. I hope this review inspires some improvement for this location.

Do yourself a favor and read the most recent reviews for this location. They REALLY speak for themselves. I arrived here at 8:52am on 22NOV, and the doors were locked. The clearly posted hours are posted on the door and say they open at 8am. When I attempted to walk in, the door was locked meanwhile an employee just stood there staring at me. Didn't come to the door, didn't do anything. It was as if I wasn't even there. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. Also, this is the only Subway I've been to that is consistently out of products- especially the tuna. Stay away. This business is so so not worth your time or money.

I’d give it a zero if I could. I walked in with my sister greeted the worker she ignored us. She went to the back and started finding something to do. She never said she’ll be right with us not one word spoken to us. It’s always your own people.

Everytime I go inside this location, they are always on the phone and proceed to stay on their phone call or FaceTime call while taking your order which is incredibly rude. They also never have anything in stock. Went in two nights and the only meat options they had were ham and turkey. How about at least put a sign on the door as a courtesy to customers walking in to let them know when you are out of something. Hire more respectable employees and do better overall.

Just stick to meal prepping at home. Many restaurants all seem to be struggling to find the right help. Don’t get me wrong. The employees are very polite but there’s only so much they can do without the proper assistance. I paid $12 for a basic 6” ham sub and chips/drink. The register and price board have different prices. While $2 is not a big deal, I was splurging for lunch and could have gotten more for that price elsewhere. The employees couldn’t fix it so I paid the extra, ate my lunch, and will try my best to order on the app instead of in store. That, or I will visit a different location. Food itself is good and like I said, very pleasant employees. I just don’t expect to pay more than what is advertised at any business. Hope this helps Subway do more training or development in the future.

If I could leave a zero review I would. They shut down the online order for the buy one get one deal because “the owner would lose money” then you get there they only accept cash. Then they tell you they don’t offer the online deal in person. Waste of time.

I am giving a 2 star to the franchise owner for advertising things they don't carry and not accepting coupons.
Will not be back to this subway, I will choose the other one close by even though that means drive farther.

The only redeeming quality is the employees at this location who are amazing and need a raise!
