I went here 3 weeks ago. Got my family and me some subs they were not great at all the two guys who served me lied about certain food they had. My husband went back to the orders right and turns out the owner was there she remade all of our subs and gave me a refund for what I had ordered earlier.

The food was good but it took 25 minutes for three people to be served. The employees weren't moving to get anything done, and as our sandwiches were being made, the line woman kept stopping to do other tasks. She'd ask what bread you wanted then walk off to do something else, come back and ask what you wanted on it then step off for something else. She was also not listening to what was going on as two other customers tried to talk to her to get her attention and she ignored them. Overall felt very dissatisfied with the service and atmosphere. 3 sandwiches should not have taken so long and I felt she was rather rude to the other customers. I think I'll drive a bit further to the next Subway before coming back here again.

They made my food then couldn't take any payment due to the system being down and the manager was very rude and condescending as I waited silently for them to resolve the issue.

First let’s start off by saying what is the point of ordering online and scheduling a time for you to pick up your order and the food is NEVER ready especially if I ordered my food an hour before pick up time. Then one of the employees said every time you come it’s always something happening! As you can see this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. No apology or anything customer service there SUCKS!

Google and store stays open at 8.00 AM. I placed an online order, it says it will ready by 8.30 AM. I can’t even cancel the order, after I placed from online. I waited outside for 1 hour to get my food. I’m not complaining on employees, I understand they need prepare but they should atleast change the timings.Note: the store will open at 9.30 AM only. Don’t come before that time.

I ordered my food online, says ready at 8:50 p.m, I get there at 9 pm and they're closed doors locked and my food sitting on the shelves THAT I PAID FOR ALREADY. I pull up and even the door says they don't close til 10 and online. I can't even comprehend the thought process.

The food was great..it was a misunderstanding with another customer..the manager handled it quick and professionally and got everyone in and out quickly..2 thumbs up for her maintaining herself..good job !!

This store is HORRIBLE!!If I could give zero stars I would! Wouldn't remake my online order that was done incorrectly. When I came to pick up my order the doors were locked and all the lights were on. An employee was in the back doing God knows what. Worst experience over sandwiches I have ever had. Police were called and I was told they have had several issues at this store.
