This kid gets mad at me because I asked him to change his gloves after I see him tender 3 orders in front of me, touch all sorts of stuff. THEN does the most passive aggressive off center cut and slammed my sandwich down on the counter because I upset him for a small request. It was entertaining just silly someone is expected to be an adult acting like that.

The employee named “Denis” was very unprofessional. This man threw a temper tantrum because I told him that I preferred my sauces put on my sub AFTER the vegetables. He told me he preferred to work “left to right” and made it seem as if I was inconveniencing his job. He then proceeded to throw my vegetables on my sub very aggressively (his beautiful handiwork can be seen in the picture). I have never encountered such a rude subway employee in my 30 years of life on this planet. Please train this man further on good customer service.

The website and in store states that Monday through Friday that they are open 8 am to 10 pm however that is false and they will turn you away even if you come in at almost 9 o'clock.

Employees are frequently unmotivated and seem very poorly trained. I've had The Beast without roast beef, clubs without double cheese, teriyaki without the sauce, even a CBR without bacon. I worked for a Subway for three years before I joined the Navy, and I've never worked with or trained employees as slow or as uninformed as these seem to be to me as a customer. I hope the manager or owner can start fixing these problems at this location because there is precious few options for non galley food on this base and it's a shame one of them is so subpar. I'm very disappointed with this Subway.

Went at 6:15 to meet my sailor son for a quick dinner before he had to be back. ALL 3 workers were on break at the same time and refused to help anyone. After 45 minutes and 3 of us decided to eat Panda Express we tried one more time because my 9 year old had still not eaten. Finally waited on us.

Ordered online, pick-up was set for 750. I get there at 745. They haven't even started on the order, I am standing there at the online pick up spot and the lady just keeps doing subs for other people(aprox 7 subs) till I get fed up and actually do the line since it was the only way to get her attention without making a scene. Proceed to tell her that i had ordered 40 minutes ago online. Proceeds to do my order, i walk away to cool off, i go back to get my order and drive home 3(minute drive) sub is freezing cold cause it was not heated and they did not give me the cookie that i paid for my pregnant wife(hope y'all don't have to deal with a pregnant woman with cravings). I sound like a Karen, I know but this was just mind blowing how horrible they were.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen obviously subway doesn’t care about this place because the reviews have been the same for two years and it’s still just as bad 30 min for a sandwich,employees who move at the slowest pace known to man while 10 people are waiting in line, if you find yourself here just walk 5 steps to the right and get Panda Express in 15 seconds for the same price and double the food
