Employees are frequently unmotivated and seem very poorly trained. I've had The Beast without roast beef, clubs without double cheese, teriyaki without the sauce, even a CBR without bacon. I worked for a Subway for three years before I joined the Navy, and I've never worked with or trained employees as slow or as uninformed as these seem to be to me as a customer. I hope the manager or owner can start fixing these problems at this location because there is precious few...
Lines are usually very long due to only having two or three people working max. I reccomend ordering your sub online through the app, it saves me from the lines every time. Other than that, food is usually good and the dining area is almost always kept clean.
