This place is terrible. They refuse to help you at the counter and force you to utilize the kiosk. They all just stare at you as customers walk in and every employee was playing on their cell phones. The looks on the their faces was that of being annoyed that customers are here providing your company business. I will be making a Google review as well and continue to do so until the owner of this store decides to put customer service first. Also, while I’m making this post, the employees are in the back arguing amongst each other and slamming equipment. Had I not already paid on the Kiosk that I was forced to use, I would have already left. This place is terrible.

Best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time! Whoever made the food for my drive through order today on March 22, 2025 at around 2pm did a fantastic job. First time in forever that I didn’t have to add more shredded cheese when I got home. All the food was made very well and still warm after the 15 minute drive home. Drive through service were also very professional. Will return to try this Taco Bell location again in hopes this level of greatness repeats.

They put the sour cream on the outside of the shells, I have no idea how this happened besides on purpose. Besides that, the drinks were flat, barely folded the food in the paper, which was also made sloppy, and their first attempt to take our order was while they were standing outside smoking. The service was disrespectful at the least

I usually love Taco Bell! I will always, without a doubt get the cantina chicken crispy taco, but lately it’s been not great. Day shift does an amazing job, but the evening times are struggling. I get 2 tacos, and the past 3 times the cheese is not melted and it’s not very warm. So today I asked for it to be grilled under the press a little longer, so it got crispy. When I got my food- not only was it not grilled, it was missing the cheese. I was the only person in line, so it shouldn’t have been to inconveniencing to them, but it’s like they went out of their way to not do it at all. I usually work late in it’s a real bummer when my taco is messed up.
